Don't do it!

This stay was not good. Upon checking in 1 of the room doors had been propped open. Staff didn't seem concerned. 1 elevator was out of service. Tile in the working elevator is cracked/ broken and there is a delay when the door is opening. I tried to extend my stay by 1 night and was told i would have to check out and do a new reservation plus give another 100.00 deposit per room plus an additional 35.00 service fee per room. The shower had mold. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner had been used previously. Eeewww. The beds were cheaply made/or old. You can feel every spring. The pillows are half the length of a normal pillow and very hard. I won't stay here again.

I stay in hotels all the time. This is quite possibly the worst hotel. Dirty, dingy, in a terrible location. It’s in dire need of renovations and a good deep cleaning. The corridors smell like weed and the front desk personnel would greatly benefit from customer service classes. Horrible experience

I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay!

It looked scary to be honest, the room had only one light working and there was a pool of water in the bathroom with soaps that looked older than my grandma! Thankfully it was just for the night to pass by and they dont offer breakfast either!

This is a tremendously dated property which doesn’t have an exercise room open, doesn’t have a restaurant open and has only minimal upkeep. Was adequate for our one night to just sleep near the airport but other than that I would not recommend it.

We had a snowstorm in Atlanta which prevented me from picking up my friend’s mom and having her stay with me overnight. I book her a room at this hotel because it was one of the few that had a room. She arrived and was given a room already occupied. Moved to a new room. No towels. No blankets. Slept in her clothes because it was so cold. Terrible experience. Never again.

Rooms smelled, the pillows were hard as rocks, very outdated and seemed they did not do maintenance, very few plugs, I had to unplug the lamp to charge my electronics, no phone to get in touch with front desk. The personnel was very kind and helpful when we had a power outage due to weather conditions.

Beats sleeping in the cold.

It was a roof over my head, a hot shower, and generally clean. Normally it's supposed to be $59-79. I got caught in the Snow storm in Atlanta and needed a room in a pinch. It was >s200 after taxes at the last minute.

That $35.00 charge for early check-in when the rolls are ready is Not Right! They have about 15 people hanging around the lobby waiting until 3:00. Talk about loitering! How inconvenient, especially when the weather is bad and the long doesn't have heat!
