STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. STAY AWAY!! My money is they’re running illegal substances through this dirty hotel. We wanted something close to the airport after a long day of travel, have never been here so didn’t know how bad this area was. After parking you get slapped by the smell of pot in the parking lot, walk in to get the hotel room keys & a guy high as a kite is mumbling and chanting in the lobby. Security was called, so I brushed that incident off and hoped for a better next day. Checked into our room, no fridge or phone so they swapped us rooms to one with a fridge. Left in the morning to explore the city & when we came back there was a cop who entered the parking lot right in front of us - we head up to our room where I noticed none of the towels were restocked, I ran downstairs and saw quite a bit of commotion outside … someone had their stuff stolen at g-point and was popped in the parking lot. I called the booking agency and was able to cancel our last night. Unsafe. Disgusting. Illegal substance everywhere - including (what I can only assume is H, black tar like substance) on their bath towels.

my stay was very very horrible the place is over ran with hookers pimps i felt my life was not safe here i checked out after 3 hours id rather stay at airport when we left our car got surrounded by several men and at that point i felt my life was in danger the place is very horrific it is also very ran down unpleasant and gross

Slum hotel

When i checked in the first thing I saw was a hooker and pimp in the lobby with a overwhelming smell of marijuana. When we went to our room the bathroom was dirty and out side in the parking lot was homeless and more prostitutes. I ended up checking out the next day and I let the front desk clerk know and she ended up blaming us. .

Terrible hotel

I reserved a two queen room for 4 people. Got a key card to a occupied room. Got a new key card to a single queen room where the toilet didn't flush. The whole hotel had a musty smell with an undertone of cannibus.

When I arrived, the lobby was full of undesirables, hookers and ghetto looking people. the elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. I had to wait about an hour for it to.be fixed. Then I get to my room and the hallway is just a buzzing with doors slamming, people yelling. Then about 10pm a fight broke out in front of my door. The phone on my room didnt work and I didn't have the number for the front desk so I called 911. All night there was doors slamming and people shouting. I swear some people's parents must not have taught them to be respectful of others sleeping. At 6 am I was awakened again and stuck my head out the door and asked them to please keep it down. This place is so ghetto. I won't go back.

Uhhh let’s see. I’m pretty sure it’s a drug and prostitution ring happening at this location. Sketchy characters drifting in and out at all times of the night. I only stayed here because my flight got cancelled and tbh it was the only option without going all the way back to the city. Never Ever Again!!!! Also I’m pretty sure that no one cleans the laundry accurately here as I went to grab my wash cloth and there was feces on it. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy and that’s saying a lot

I normally don't leave bad reviews but with this one I had to, there was no soap in the bathroom, walls and bathroom door was dirty, the bathroom door handle was broken, the bathroom door looked like it was kicked in, there was a homeless man walking in and out of the hotel, I found stains on the bed linens, the tv remote did not work at all, and to top it off I couldn't get a refund, i didn't even sleep there, i booked another room elsewhere and slept there, mind you I accidentally booked at the redroof thinking i was booking at the place i normally do, such a disappointment. And i didn't feel safe there at all sorry to say, this was an accidental experience first time there and the last time, never again.
