The room was ok. It is an old room. The carpet in the hallway was pretty dingy. The hotel was fine but the price was very high for the overall condition of the hotel.

Keeping the room, refreshed with towels, coffee, toilet paper, and other essentials. They could put blankets and pillows in the room for the pullout couch. There was no extra blankets or pillows. The people who took care of the room did not do a great job. I appreciated the free laundry and fitness center on site and the breakfast was included and it was adequate. The people at the desk are very nice and welcoming. They have space for you to store bikes if you rent bicycles and the parking was very secure I think the parking should be included at no additional charge but we had to pay $30 a night.

There was a fire alarm throughout the hotel when I went down for breakfast. But no one in my party who were in their rooms even heard it. Soundproof rooms are great, but a fire alarm should be heard in the guest rooms, not just the common areas of the hotel. Everything else went fine other than that situation which I assume was a false alarm since the hotel staff to whom I spoke had no idea about what was going on and continued to act as if it was something normal.

The staff were very nice at check-in. But they weren’t at the check-out. Even less when we picked-up our bag by 3:30pm. Also at the check-out the staff said that my room wasn’t paid (that hotels.com said my card was declined). I paid at the hotel but the invoice y received from the hotel was for $0.00. Now I’m so confused. I think the hotel, shouldn’t charge me again.
