Everything about this was wrong. The Expediareservation was an error. We tried to correct it within minutes after making it. And could not. We’ve been trying to dispute it for the last two weeks. within 10 minutes we found out my wife had a form of cancer and could not make his trip.

Convenient and lots of food around
This is a convenient location next to the airport. There is a free airport shuttle too. We got in late and the bar was still open, so we were able to get food. The food was really good. The rooms are a little outdated but nothing to complain about and the entry is inviting. There is also an option to get breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful and check in was smooth. There are also many restaurants and fast food near by.

I’m shocked that this hotel has such a high score. I chose it, and paid much more than I would have elsewhere, based on reviews. I regret it. The behavior of the staff is my biggest complaint. The bar staff and the kitchen staff got into a loud verbal fight with each other while I was sitting at the hotel bar, the front desk staff double charged me and I had to spend time in the morning correcting it, and the cleaning staff appears absent. The carpet was covered in stains, the sheets were dirty, dust covered everything, and the fixtures were beaten up and in poor condition. I could summarize this experience by saying it is staffed by people that just don’t seem to care about doing a good job. It’s a convenient location and a building with a lot of potential, which makes it even more disappointing that the staff are so unpleasant and untrained.

I came in for an interview with Delta Airlines and my son picked the wrong bag . The staff Deyra and Sonya ( I hope I am spelling their names correctly) went above and beyond for me. I was able to look presentable for my FTF . Then the shuttle made a special trip to Delta headquarters for me. I will be staying again.

The distance to the ATL airport terminal south, where domestic flights arrival & depart is less than 1.5 miles. There is a shuttle service leaving the property every 20 minutes, starting at 4:30 in the morning. The hotel is a well-maintained, clean & quiet "center courtyard" building, likely built as a conference ctr, w/ multiple floors of large rooms around the edge. Fl. 3 also has small break-out sized conference rooms. The 2nd floor is where the lobby, check-in, bar and restaurant are located. The restaurant and bar occupy a vast space, which likely could be the central plenum for a large conference. The 1st Fl has multiple ballrooms & a large gathering area w/ break-out seating for group side conversations. The property is clean & shiny, although we experienced a few small service snafus. First, we called for an ice bucket when we arrived at 11 pm. The in-room service was still open but the person wuoted 15-30 mins to deliver and, suggested we go to the ice machine on our floor. The problem was that we were icing swollen feet so walking 15 minutes felt like an inconvenience. This hotel is huge & the ice machine was >100-yards from our room. Second, the ice machine on Fl. 4 was out of service. I had to reverse course 75 yards to get back to the elevator to get to the ice on Fl. 3. In all, it was half a mile on a bum foot. Third, we found out onboard the shuttle, it doesn't stop at the Int'l terminal, our destination. Great location. Service need some brushing up.
