Very nice property. However, we went to the wrong hotel initially. I didn't realize there were 2 Renaissance Hotels at airport. Maybe remind customers of the difference?

This is an excellent and secure property and convenient to the airport. Our room actually looked out over the runway which was great. Area is a little rough a couple of miles away But in the hotel location its good. Ruby Tuesday and Malones a short drive away. Love the stay.

When we arrived at the booked hotel they did not have any rooms available and said travelocity had not notified them or verified room availability. They helped us find a room at another Wyndom hotel. It was appreciated but I suspect it was much less expensive than the one we booked. Overall I now have no confidence in booking through travelocity. We spent 3 hours trying to get to a hotel with an available room.

Good: on property restaurant was very nice!, Bad: The pillows in our room were all too puffy and hard, woke up with a stiff neck the next morning. Suggestion: Give a few pillow choices in each room 1) Hard and puffy and soft and flat.

A bit pricey at $300 per night, but it is a nice hotel near the airport. The first shuttle starts at 4:20 AM so keep that in mind if you have an early flight.

Only stayed from 11 pm to 4 am for a layover, I had a lovely experience. Transportation was easy to get to the airport in the morning. However, there was 2 renaissance hotels near the airport and it’s easy to get mixed up and take the train from airport to the wrong one. Mention Concourse one when looking for directions! I went to the wrong one and ended up taking and uber to get to the right one. Otherwise train from airport brings you right there! It’s not walkable from the airport.
