The hotel was decent. It’s a historical building. It was nice inside, there are just a lot of homeless people outside of the building and it smelt like urine.

Hotel was great an old historic building renovated. The area was convenient but Valet parking will not accept pickups so that was a hassle and cost a lot of time and money finding parking accomodations.

Pros and Cons
Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious and good variety, location was perfect for seeing a concert at State Farm Arena. Cons: Room was not ready at check-in (4:00 pm) despite even being at hotel early to inquire about early check in. I completely understand if you cannot accommodate an early check-in, but it is not acceptable to not be able to check in on time when we paid for a service. It made us almost late for our concert. Room location was incredibly loud. We were on the 13th floor. I’m not sure what was above or below us, maybe a boiler room? But it was so loud all night. I had to use AirPods with white noise. The bathroom was in need of a refurbish… peeling walls and crumbling ceiling. Overall, it was a clean stay but poor sleep and stressful wait for a room.
