Concert event !!

First impressions are everything. Upon reaching our destination , signage for the front was not clear. We guessed and proceeded inside to check in . The process to check in was ok. It could have been better. The Alexa in our room didn’t work and our carpet was wet coming out of the bathroom when we arrived. Not sure what that about. Overall the one day stay was good.

My stay at the Reverb was terrible. From the lackluster experience when attempting to park. To the guy at guest services that was eating chips as he checked me in. Additionally, the room was not clean, there was hair left in the shower, the chaise lounge chair is stained and looks soiled. Their was someone on the same floor as me playing loud music all throughout the night. I called down to the guest services and I am not sure if my concern was addressed. However, I am certain that whoever was playing the music continued to play it throughout the night.

We loved this hotel. Friendly staff, especially the bartenders. They treated us like friends. Our room was very clean and up to date. Comfy beds. Right next to Mercedes Benz Stadium. Walking distance to Centennial Park. The area currently is under a ton of construction so we didn’t choose to walk anywhere at night. But the hotel was very Hip and fun. Loved their rooftop bar. Would stay again for sure.
