Did not get the bed/room I requested. Self check in was cumbersome -- it took multiple attempts. Room had a ridiculous view of roof and metal fence. Room was tired and there was a large hole in the carpet (I'm surprised they even rent it.) Cleaning staff did not get to my room the first two days I was there, even after I requested it at the front desk. It was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel.

I wanted to share my recent experience staying at the Reverb hotel by Hard Rock. I must say, it's a fantastic place to stay! My room had an incredible view facing the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which was quite a sight to behold. Additionally, the hotel's location is super convenient, being within walking distance to the Georgia World Congress Center. One thing to note about staying downtown is the busy noise—you can hear sirens most of the time. However, despite that, my overall stay at Reverb by Hard Rock was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it if you're planning a visit to the area.

If you’re going to a Falcons game this is the place to stay. Literally walk up hill to the stadium. Love the view. Very nice place. Have stayed multiple times.
