Upon arrival my room did not have body wash or hot water. The housekeeping team was prompt in refilling the soap and the hot water was restored the following day but personally think those oversights are not acceptable. The lighting in the room and bathroom is also pretty dim. The room was decently clean, did not feel worth the price at all.

We were put on the 10th floor. There was a night club on the 11th floor. The base was so loud we could hear it and feel it above the sound of our TV. It went on until after 1AM. So disappointing!

Everything was well until this morning when I found a ball of hair in the bed that clearly wasn’t mine. Makes me wonder if the sheets are changed between guests or just made up.

Carpets in room need to be clean, heck lightbulbs before guests arrive, overall lighting in room is terrible. Regular coffee should be free due to how basic/nasty it is. Parking is super inconvenient.
