Our room smelled like cigarettes we had to purchase odor spray but that really didn't help the problem. I think it's penetrated in the rug and the whole floor smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly. We purchased cleaning supplies to clean the toilet properly. The hot water was very limited. There was no hot water running in the sink and the hot water would come and go while showering mind you in 40° weather. Breakfast was VERY limited, plates, spoons, forks cups juices everything was very limited. If you happen to get there at 8:30 AM you may not get breakfast or nothing at all. Your website says otherwise which is false advertisement. The elevator was filthy and it smelled.

We stayed at hotel from December 29, 2024 to January 2, 2025.We are very disappointed with service. 1. We had no hot water in the tap. 2. The drain in the bathroom did not work!! 3. After we got another room, the problem with the bathroom was the same. 4. The refrigerator worked like a freezer. And all the food we bought went bad. We threw the food away. 5. During all breakfasts at 8.30, we did not have eggs, sausages, plates, spoons. We never got yogurt, muffins and fruits! People stood in line to get food from the kitchen. I have never seen this in American hotels!! And this is not the fault of the staff! This is the fault of the management, who invites you to their hotel, and where there is no the most important thing: food and water!

No TV, no Microwave, no tv internet even if you bring a fire stic. They told me to park in the back where it was dark and only one maintenance truck and a car with its windows. Sebastian held together by trash bags. The client was sketchy and as a woman traveling alone, I felt very unsafe. The outlets in the walls don’t work. I had to charge my phone in the car. The front desk had no remedies to any of this When I asked why I had to park in the back when everyone else was parked in the front, they said it was closer to my room when indeed it was noted. The rooms have been covered with one coat of paint and they call it clean. The elevators are dirty and disgusting and there’s actually chunks missing out of the wall. I spent the night a mile up the road for the last three nights that had an 8.2 star rating at the same price and I would go back there all day long, but the front desk would not refund any of my money. The hotel was empty and now I understand why the breakfast is minimal and that’s being kind

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I'VE EVER STAYED IN.. CLEAN. THE GUYS AT THE FRONT DESK HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE EVEN CAME TO HELP ME CONNECT TO THE WIFI. THE FREE BREAKFAST AN SITTING AREA WAS DELICIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. AN IT DIDN'T COST ME A ARM AND A LEG. I MADE SURE TO EXPRESS HOW PLEASED I WAS AT CHECK OUT. ILL DEFINITELY BE BACK..

I stayed at the Best Western Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria Hotel for three days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My room had no hot water for two out of the three days, making basic hygiene a struggle. When I brought this up to the front desk, the reception staff was beyond rude and completely indifferent to the issue—zero concern for guest satisfaction. The room itself was another nightmare: dated furnishings, dirty surfaces, and visible signs of mold. It felt like I was staying in a neglected property. I’m a frequent Marriott guest and thought I’d try something different for this trip. Big mistake—I’ll never stray from Marriott again! Avoid this place if you value your comfort and cleanliness.
