The location was very convenient — close to shops, dining, and entertainment, which made getting around easy. The room itself was quiet and mostly clean, but there were a few issues. There was no TV in the room at first, and we had to request one to be brought up. Also, the laundry setup wasn’t very user-friendly — we couldn’t just use the dryer without running a wash cycle first. We also found a pubic hair on one of the bathroom towels, which was disappointing. Parking was a bit confusing to figure out. Overall, it was a decent stay in a great location, but a few improvements could make it much better.

NO TELEVISIONS!!!! I did not see this noted anywhere when I booked or we would have stayed somewhere else! We were there for a relaxing weekend to lay in bed and watch movies and order out…then got to the room and didn’t have a TV! They bring you a portable screen upon request but unless you have an LG phone to connect it’s worthless. So we had to go out to watch football games all day. We won’t be back.

Front staff was excellent. One woman was especially nice. She wouldn’t let anyone walk by without her selling “hello, welcome back, have a good day,” or something. It made me want to come back and I already booked my Aden stay and I’m having all my employees stay there too.
