Toilet refill time was 15 minutes after flushing, elevator stopped working multiple times, air conditioner vent fell down in the middle of the night off the wall, in room safe did not work and had a tick, tick, tick for the entire stay. The cherry on top in the middle of watching television the cable stop working. The incompetence of check in lady. She asked my 6 times how many keys do you need even after my wife said 2 keys after the first time she asked. The bath tub also stopped up while taking a shower. My wife said she will never stay there again.

The first room we were assigned to had a very bad smokes smell in it the second room we went to was missing towels shower was broken and it wasn't clean when I asked one of the cleaning stuff for towels I was told that these towels are for check out rooms not for us to use so four people in the room had to use two towels

There was construction going on very early in the morning and it was very noisy. At night the room was not soundproof and I could clearly hear noises coming from the corridor and next door. The room has a bad smell. The front desk did not provide free bottled water while checking in. The worst stay ever.

Coming in there were bugs (roaches) in the lobby and in the room. The water in the tub was not going down and coffee machine was not working. Very frustrating. When addressing the issues at front desk they didn't seem empathetic at all and even attitude was given to me. A Manager stated w compensate me and my son but never got back w me at all. Nothing was done. Also, was charged a "$27 a day resort fee" but I never read that anywhere until I got to the hotel and was given a paper w that info.

For the most part I’d say this hotel was pretty great! I was especially a fan of their indoor pool which is located in this atrium area. My only real complaints are pretty small: one of the towels in our bathroom had a stain when we went to use it, when I requested new tissues for our room via their text service they were never provided, the queen beds can’t really accommodate 2 people comfortably (in my experience) and their cable selection is incredibly limited. That said, it’s in a super nice location, they give you $10 in meal vouchers a day during your stay which was super convenient, and you can actually adjust the thermostat in your room which is surprisingly uncommon in hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Altogether I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the downtown area. It’s pretty affordable and I don’t think you’ll regret it.
