Great people at the property / from check-in to check-out and in between, all staff were accommodating and helpful. We were there during a very busy wknd with parades / conferences and a national championship game - and they did a really great job with a very full hotel. Great place if you are looking for something reasonably priced - safe and clean - with nice people.

Positives: The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of Mercedes Benz Stadium. We received vouchers upon check in for the restaurant and Starbucks. The refrigerator kept our drinks really cold. Negatives: The rooms were very old and musty. The windows were single pane glass so the carpet near the window was saturated from condensation. There was no smoke detector in our room upon our arrival. Every time you flushed the toilet, it sounded like a jet engine which is troublesome in the middle of the night. This was brought to the attention of hotel staff who said they would have it fixed, but it was not fixed. The pillows were the flattest I have ever experienced. The deadbolt on our door didn't work either.

Would not recommend

Rooms very outdated and dirty. Bed sheets were stained. Hall’s were dark and dingy. It definitely wasn’t the $500 a night charge. Free breakfast wasn’t free. Marketing department did a fantastic job of making it look nice online but nothing like that in reality. Check in was slow and inefficient

Hotel is rundown and dirty. Moldy walls in room. Dirty bed. The staff also did not make up room between days of stay after asking. We had to beg for extra towels by our 2nd night here. Never will I stay here again.

We were given a room at check in at 4. Over the next hour, two different families entered our room with keys thinking they were also checking into that same room. Called the font desk which informed us that since we were waiting on a suite (we never requested a suite), they were going to move us. Thinking that this was maybe a good idea, we complied and repacked and had a nice bellman come help us move to another floor. We arrived to our “new room “ and walked into a family that was already occupying that room!! Then we were told to wait in the hallway (about 10-15 minutes) while the poor bellman tried to figure it out with the front desk. Ultimately we were moved back down to a large room next to the pool which wasn’t all bad… until two hotel staff broke into our room at 11:18pm that night ( yes the security latch was activated and the do not disturb tag on the outside door handle)! We were in bed upstairs in this large room with a white noise machine and couldn’t hear them knocking. They turned on the lights and said their excuse was that it showed the room vacant!!! They said “you have the same last name as another guest and apparently was confusing them”. Wonder how many times this large hotel has guests with the same last names staying on the property at the same time 🤔. Irate as i was, I decided to wait and speak with the manager the next morning. Waited in the manager to arrive to work, told he was in the phone and would call me. Never received a call.

Property is in very poor shape. Many broken things, rooms were not very clean and in need of a lot of repairs. Restaurant was not staffed to handle the volume of guests.

What a grungy, out of date hotel. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a month and the entire place so old and worn it just feels gross. Definitely won’t ever stay there again.

I was given a room with a bathroom that did not have a proper shower head. There was a hand held shower nozzle that I had to keep leaving down in the tub while trying to get clean. This led to a very uncomfortable, cold, miserable shower. The lighting in there also was very poor and the mirror too low. If I wanted to go camping I could have pitched a tent outside for a lot less money. I’ve stayed here before and never had a bad experience until now..

I had made prior reservations, the night we arrived as scheduled we were told they had given our room away. The hotel did put us in a basic room but not the one we had paid for and offered to waive destination fee for one day as compensation. This destination fee was not stated anywhere on the reservation room cost. I received an email the day we were supposed to check in about this additional fee. The room they gave us smelled of mold upon entering and the floor looked stained and not vacuumed very well. The beds were made and appeared clean. It was late and they had stated it was their last room so we stayed the night in that room as we had no other choice at that time. The next morning when going into the bathroom we noticed the floor was wet. The bathroom door on the bottom was warped and crumbling due to water damage. The mold was all in, around and under the door and carpet. We told the front desk and they gave us another room. They had to know this room was not suitable for stay, and should have never allowed anyone in it. The second room they moved us into had NO Hot water! We left after the second day and did not stay the full time of the reservation that we had paid for. The staff was nice is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel stay. I am now sick due to staying in that room with all the mold. I will never stay at or recommend this hotel again.
