The property itself was ok. The ladies at the front desk weren’t too friendly or hospitable. I also could never get anyone to answer the phone at front desk while calling from my room 2 days in a row. The valet guys were super nice and very accommodating..Especially MJ! 😎 He’s the Best. He went above and beyond his call of duty to assist. A great asset for your business.

Not so good but not terrible

Overall, not so good but not terrible. Not enough drawer and closet space for two adults for six nights. Closet rods were too close to the floor to hang anything of any length without it resting on the floor. There was a shelf in the closet in the way of what we were able to hang. Drawers in the dresser were tiny so most of our things were stacked on TOP of the dresser. Restaurant food was okay but too expensive ($44 for a hot breakfast for one person, for example. Nothing fancy, just bacon and eggs. Would cost $10 at McDonalds.) Clean towels were only available on certain days of the week.

Outdated and Smelly

I would not recommend this place unless it’s your last option. The hallways on my floor had a faint odor when I arrived but I thought it was temporary, it wasn’t. My room also had a stale old odor that bothered me so much I walked to CVS to get a plugin which made it a lot better. The room appeared clean but I could tell it wasn’t a deep clean. The coffee machine was missing a part so I couldn’t brew coffee. The fridge was missing the bars to keep the drink in. The chair in the room was also stained and the air would not get colder no matter how low I put it. The place was relatively cheap but you’ll pay in comfort. Beds are also pretty hard. Good thing was the water pressure and you get the $10 per night resort credit to put toward food or whatever you buy there. But I did get the same thing two days and got different prices each day. The place is outdated which was ok, but they need to do better on cleanliness.

Poor valet parking and unfortunately thats the only option you have, a lot of homeless people around hotel, didn't feel safe at all, outdated hotel, you have to walk a lot to get to your room .We counted the steps from elevator to our room and it was 210 steps and is not really a big hotel is the poor configuration. Very noisy, couldn't sleep well. Won't stay here again.
