Beautiful property and so clean! The staff were happy, helpful and accommodating. The best hotel for any event at the Benz - a small courtyard is all that separates the two buildings but security keeps pedestrian traffic away from hotel. I will definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotel stays I’ve experienced in a LONGG time. Yes, the hotel was absolutely beautiful, upgraded and new, but the staff/customer service is what made it impeccable. I was super stressed going to Atlanta for the first time to see a concert at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and researched for weeks before I could book a hotel. We decided to arrive a few hours before check-in and I’m so glad that we did. When we we arrived I was greeted by Zeke at the valet. Zeke took charge was incredible, he knew I was stressed and was so kind and helpful. I was really impressed by his leadership skills and ability to take charge to help the customer. Phenomenal. The hotel room was absolutely beautiful. If you are considering this hotel, the proximity of Mercedes-Benz Stadium I would highly highly recommend it as you’re literally footsteps away from the stadium, which is super convenient, the area feels safe. I was truly blown away and consider myself to be a pretty picky person, especially on customer service involved. We were able to do pre-check in, the valley parked our vehicle, they took our bags, and sent us a text message when our room was Ready, was actually around 2:30 PM, check-in is at 4 PM. As you can imagine when going to a large concert everyone trying to check in at 4 PM is complete chaos. If you can arrive a couple of hours early I would recommend you do so they will accommodate you or at least until your room is ready. Our stay was amazing. Thank you.

Our stay was great. Our room got double booked, but they made it right. Matthew gave us access to the Signia Club for our troubles. We were going to a concert at Mercedes Benz and it was the perfect location. The rooms were very clean. The only thing they could improve on is the beds. They were very firm!
