I had 3 room changes and the room still had to be re-cleaned. The linen on all the beds was actually dirty, it had makeup, blood and one bed had a dead bug. The room I kept after cleaning was nice until I realized there was absolutely no water pressure and I was told there was no resolution because of the Aquarium across the street. Also on the last day I missed 3 morning session that I was registered and paid for because after coming upstairs with my breakfast, the lock on the door was dead and broken and it took 1.5 hours to get me access to my room and clothes.

There were a few hiccups with housekeeping, but the hotel staff was wonderful and responded immediately upon request. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola. My family was able to return to the hotel midday for various needs and to continue our aquarium visit.

Need noise reduction ear plugs
Nice place and modern, convenient location. Housekeeping needs a little more attention to detail. Shower as mold, previous guest left sandwich meat in fridge. No hotels fault, but road noise is terrible, couldn't sleep very much due to loud vehicles and music
