Staff was AhMaziiing!! They were very tentative and helpful. Special shout out to Mariah, Mya, and Carlton. Very helpful, kind, informative, and all around a pleasure. Mariah and Carlton especially were the two that helped me . Definitely would stay again.

This was a very nice property. Clean, nice setup and a very good complimentary breakfast. My only complaint which isnt really a big deal was that the property has valet that pretty much isnt optional. I was asked several times if I wanted to valet my parking like I had a choice. I just hadnt realized when booking that there was no self parking but again it was no major biggie. I would certainly stay again as the property is within walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops, the aquarium and the GTech campus.

Good location,good value. Room was basic, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff was super helpful and responsive, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Thanks Ruby! we had some basic room maintenance issues, but front staff was very qick to address and very cheerfully. Breakfast better than expected. Id stay there again!

Not many fast food shops nearby, but great service at the location. On the weekend (even while I was on the 12th floor) the night club next door was noisy enough to keep me up until 3 am. I did enjoy my stay though.

Check- in process was not smooth. Keys didn’t work multiple times trying to get into our room. When we got to our room it was not the room we had booked online. Our blinds didn’t work- they had to come change batteries. The morning I woke up to check out they had charged me for $400 in valet fees- I did not have a car. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. I expected more from a Marriott property than this.
