Lacking but not terrible

The blinds did not work. Someone had to cone in to work on them and still did not fix them. People were nice. Location was right across the street from the aquarium which was great. Parking was valet only. They offer breakfast too. The price was high, the location was great but the room was lacking.

Location of this hotel was great. Very close to the attractions we wanted to do so we were able to walk to them. Lots of traffic so being able to walk made it easier to get around. Overall, hotel was perfect for our stay, clean and comfortable for our stay.

When we first arrived, the valet guys were very nice. Check in was a little frustrating and they didn’t have any luggage carts available for TWO hours. We had to wait by our car with a very cranky toddler for two hours and even then, never saw a luggage cart. One of the valet guys helped us get our luggage to our room. He was the best and very understanding. After we got to our room, everything was nice and updated but the bathroom door was broken (so no privacy while you poop). We did like the fact that it had a microwave, fridge and a non slip shower. Breakfast was good but there were barely anywhere to sit and eat, there were a ton of people in a small space, the food kept running out every 10 minutes because it was so busy. Check out was super busy and there were no luggage carts again. We ended up carrying most of it then finally found a cart (that needed a wheel fixed because it was flat and off the rim).
