Back to the Air B&Bs for me

We didn’t like the excessive parking cost, the valets were very nice though. Apparently they only started fleecing costumers for parking in the last year or two. We stayed there because of the proximity to the aquarium. The room was comfortable. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the light was out on my side of the room. The breakfast was pretty bad. The staff was all very nice except for the person in charge of the breakfast.

The property was clean and very convenient to downtown! We had an amazing view and were able to walk everywhere. The rooms need a little updating (soap dispenser off the wall in the shower). The parking was $50 per night which was a surprise to me and the other guest checking in.

Wonderful Stay

The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, happy and professional. There was one lady, I believe the manager, went above and beyond to answer questions. All were very nice. My father has cancer so we were needing some extra time to get him to the car on the day of check out and they were very accommodating.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. The only thing I didn't fully like was their shower. The showerhead is Delta and it doesn't give a full stream like a regular showerhead. I also felt the water pressure was a little bit lower than what I'm used to. The valet staff were great and didn't scratch or dent my large SUV. Front desk was very kind as well as the maintenance personnel who had to assist me with a technical issue with my door. Overall, it's a decent stay.

What A Joke.

This place was a dump. Talk about overcharging and getting nothing. Tiny room, both beds had fabric tears, the headboards looked like a bear had just been let lose in the room, tiny bathroom, breakfast was a joke, and then they get ya with $50 for parking. We will never stay at one of these again.
