Lots of stains on carpet along the hallway and in the lobby. When you first enter the lobby, first thing you see is the valet room with a messy trash can full of trash, and it stayed like that for the 2 days we were there. Scrub marks and dents on wall. Bathtub has rusted scratches. Room faced freeway and next to a hospital, and balcony door couldn’t be closed fully, so it was super noisy at night. Employees are super nice though. But doesn’t look like cleanliness is a priority.

Booked a room to sleep 6 then had no bedding for the pull out bed asked front desk and they did not have full bedding available. At check out the restrooms in lobby were filthy had poop on the floor and no toilet paper. Told someone and they said oh okay we will get some i said there's people in there now and they did not care

Hi Denise, a very bad experience this time and I've stayed here before. Our room was not ready for check in until 7 last night. We had to wait almost 3 hours. The rooms should have been all cleaned by 3 for all the new people checking in. Other people we met in the lobby were waiting too. Even this morning at breakfast the people next to us were complaining about their stay. When we got in the room there were no bath towels and as of now we still don't have any. This is not acceptable customer service and some compensation needs to be given.

I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Last week, my family and I stayed in Crown Plaza/Staybridge from the 19th to the 24th of March. We traveled from California and in total had two rooms and seven people. To add, this isn’t my first time in a Staybridge hotel., due to my husband working for Union Pacific and they house there during trainings. So below I will list all this issues had while staying at this hotel and follow by thanking the employees that attempted to help with our issues. First, upon entering our room the first day. We noticed a lot of things that hadn’t been cleaned properly. In the shower there was something black and sticky stuck in the corner that had to be removed with a towel. One cup in the cabinet had hair inside of it, one cup had coffee residue on the outside and a handful of the silverware was dirty. The floor was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Lastly, the toilet had urine around the bottom. Causing us to throw a towel in front of the toilet for the first night. On the second day I checked in with Nicole who put us on the list to get our rooms cleaned everyday which were 2415 and 2420. One day we literally sat in the room while housekeeping came back to vacuum. Second, by the third day the hotel began experiencing a shortage of towels, but never told the guest I am assuming. They started to ration their supply. So my kids and I would have to share towels to ensure we all shower. First I thought it was only for that day, but by

Where do I start? The best part of this stay is the staff and the lobby. I stayed here for 2 days and on the first night my room was changed 4 times, due to dirty sheets, unmade beds or unprepared rooms. In one of the rooms the bedding was so dirty the pillow inside of the pillow case had stains. On the 4th room i noticed it was a little chilly so I went to adjust the temperature and that's when I noticed that the thermostat wasn't working. It is now 1am and I have appointments and meeting first thing in the morning so I chose to sleep in my sweat suit and wrapped the pillows with towels. On the way out the next morning I notified the front desk about the thermostat and upon arriving later that evening the thermostat was working, it was set to 68. I adjusted the temp to 72 and the heat turned on for approximately 20 minutes then I heard a loud pop and that was it, no more heat. So I changed my clothes for the next event and left my room where I ran into a maintenance worker in the hallway so I notified him of the issue and he said he would deal with it, suffice it to say when i returned after midnight the thermostat wasn't working.

Check-in was at 3pm, but it was around 4:30 before my room was ready. There looked to be more people waiting with their bags as well. We had to sit and wait. I was offered a room with different accommodations, but I waited the room that I requested when I paid. One of the men at the counter, Trae, was very short when asked about when the room would be ready like he was ready to go home. There were no extra blankets or sheets for the pullout sofa, so I had to go down stairs to get some. The cost to park is ridiculous. Fifty dollars is a lot to pay to park. Parking should be complimentary when you pay to stay.
