I had roaches in the first room i was given. I was moved to an upgraded room but because of poor communication and misonformation, I was inconvenienced again by having to move a second time. Management was of no help.

We returned to the property after a long day and there was a incident that occurred on the property. There was fire trucks & firemen everywhere. We was not allowed inside for a long period of time. When we did enter the building we found our room was flooded and we had to be assigned to a new room. We I asked if we was gonna be compensated for the inconvenience I was told that I had to reach out to Expedia and Expedia was to contact the property to agree on the compensation. We didn't get to sleep until about 3 am after transferring everything to a new room and had to get up early the next morning. Every morning for breakfast they had coffee no sugar waffles no syrup then Monday morning no eggs was told they had no more we had to eat at waffle House when I chose this property for the morning breakfast and convenience of my travel to and back.
