The entrance door was locked when I arrived. I could see a couple checking in as well the staff member on duty. All parties could see me standing there with my suit case and would not unlock the door to let me. Once I got into the property the attendant still checking in the couple in front of me took an additional 15 minutes to check them in. The property was did not have sufficient lighting outside in the parking lot. It was VERY dark. I would never stay at this property again.

The first room we were assigned had dog hair all over the the sofa sleeper. We were moved to another room, and there was blood stains on the mattress of the sofa sleeper.

TITLE: Request for Refund Due to Poor Experience @ Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center Dear Management at Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center, I am writing regarding my recent stay at Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center from 8/27-8/30.  Unfortunately, several issues during my visit made the experience unacceptable. Room Cleanliness and Bedding: * The comforter in our assigned room had visible dirty marks. (see attached) * When I requested a replacement, the wrong item (sheets) was brought instead. * The replacement sheets also had visible dirty markings. (see attached) * The sofa bed I was assigned to use was also dirty, forcing me to use a sleeping bag I had brought with me. * The overall cleanliness of the room was well below industry standards, and this lack of basic sanitary conditions made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the stay.
 Broken Amenities: * The luggage cart was broken throughout our stay, which made moving our luggage in and out of the hotel very difficult, particularly given the length of our stay (3 nights and 4 nights). Room Key Malfunction: * Upon check-in, the room key I was provided did not work, despite the green light on the door lock. I was traveling with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, which made the repeated trips to the lobby highly inconvenient. * I returned to the lobby for a new key multiple times, but the replacement key still did not work. * After this occurred a third time, I recorded a video of the

Always great stay, upgrade some amenities

I had a two bedrooms suite, nice plush bedding, quiet hotel environment, friendly and courteous staff, however, during my Labor Day visit, the complementary breakfast ran out of several items 45 minutes before breakfast ended, I was told by the breakfast attendant that "we ran out of groceries", I didn't that unacceptable being that for four days, I paid close to 1k. The last item is upgrading or retrofitting the rooms with USB ports for electronics, I had devices in the bathroom and living room, it was inconvenient not having them. Overall, it's a great place to stay and I have been staying there for years when I visit Atlanta. Don't run out of breakfast items and have a substitute and usb ports, guests perception is their reality, thank you.
