The toilet was awful, kept stopping up, the paint was peeling in the tub and found hair in there, the room next to me had a pitbull that had puppies and when I tried to explain to the front desk they were using profane language making minor threats of me leaving, the refrigerator freezer was leaking and was going out, there were paw prints on the sheets in my room, and no remote control to the TV. I left on tuesday and check in to in town suites on satellite Blvd. My check out was on a Wednesday from studio 6 but with all those things I could not bare it any longer. is it possible that I may retrieve a refund for that one day. Don't stay here. General manager is extremely rude, aggressive, and racist. Her name is Namisha Patel and she acts like she's the owner. I've been staying here for weeks off and on with absolutely no problem. Today right after paying for my room in full she called, kicked me out and kept my money. She said my money is hers now. She claimed I didn't pay a random $2 service fee... from YESTERDAY when I checked in....I tried to tell her I didn't know, no one told me but She wouldn't let me speak, it was nothing but yelling and talking over me. I had no problem paying but she wouldn't let me. She immediately threatened to call the police. Over $2! I left and called corporate, they put me on hold to talk to her but she yelled and hung up on them too! Crazy! The representative immediately understood and filed a formal complaint. She's currently under investigation and they're gonna make sure I get my money back. Apparently she's known for this and had multiple complaints. How can someone who treats people so inhumanely be in any position of power? I don't know if this is a corporate location or franchise but either way she is NOT a person who should be hired to represent a company in anyway. I've never been talked to the way she talked to me, not to mention stealing my money. I can't stress this enough .. DON'T STAY HERE. Also I was in a room with the ceiling missing in the bathroom. How ghetto..
The staff was very polite and considerate. The room was great and getting extra days is easy as well

Good old dollar bills are not excepted at this chain. I was traveling alone only with cash and was turned away. It was 10:30 pm & I, a single senior lady, was not given a room. I was appalled.

There's an Indian lady that works the front desk, 2nd shift.... That has the presence of bad energy in her aura...... Disrespectful, rude that lack of customer service.... Calling customers crazy on the phone while in the presence of customers checking-in. No active listening skills, will cut you off mid sentence, no people skills, I believe in order to get respect one must give respect.... I know I'm grown just like you and I will never be disrespected and understand its never what you do but how you do it... Being nice nasty to people (especially your customers that you think don't have options) going to bring your establishment down.... Blessed be to the powers that be beloved...
