The hotel was amazing. The only issues that I had were in the actual room itself. I spent a night in the three bedroom apartment. The living room couch had stains on it, the dishwasher top shelf was completely broken, the oven drawer metal was bent outward and the stuffing in the blankets were clean but balled up and lumpy on the inside. These are all minor maintenance issues. We were only there for a night. All of my interactions with staff were amazing. I would definitely stay again but I would recommend fixing those minor maintenance issues so that the room is on par with the property as a whole.

It is located right across the road from the Fox Theater which was nice. The surrounding area was reasonably safe considering it is Atlanta. We walked from Downtown to Midtown with no problem. The hotel is a historic hotel and is beautifully maintained.

Very nice hotel in midtown, incredibly convenient to the MARTA (3 min walk). Rooms were very nice, staff very professional and friendly, and overall a very pleasant stay.

The Guest the Hotel Forgot
Room was clean, but no hot water for two days out of three, even with complaints. Common ice machine was opened up on floor and filthy with mold. Advertised swimming pool but pool was devoid of water and closed. No room cleaning or fresh towels for two days until I requested it. No mention at time of reservation that there was a $45/day self-park fee. Vending machines out of bottled water for three days, though hotel did give me two free bottles when I complained.

When I stayed at this hotel some months ago, it was a lovely room. Updated and modern. This time our room, 1508, was like Motel 6. The furniture was old, worn and warped. The door to the bathroom was falling apart as was the shower door. The sink wouldn’t drain as the plunger was broken. When we reported this we were told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. The bathroom was dirty with a splattered brown substance on the walls. The hotel lobby and restaurant are lovely and beautiful, however the room was very much below what I had previously experienced and expected for the price and location. We did attempt to speak to a manager but none was available.

The hotel is actually beautiful. I love the lobby area and the staff was really, really nice. In my opinion the rooms can definitely use a bit of sprucing up like up dated appliances. This was my first time ever staying in a sweet but overall outside of my microwave not working. And they did fix the problem. I love the area and the view from my room. I really enjoyed the hotel and I would definitely come back again.
