Rooms were dirty. Had to switch rooms because there was no hot water, no working phone. The safe didn’t work and there a strange residue inside the safe that was questionable and caused concern. Food was sub par and expensive for the quality. We were very disappointed and surprised since I’ve always stayed at a Westin and had a positive experience. Only Prit at the front desk and a girl we spoke to who was working with him were cordial and helpful. They were very kind and sincerely, interested in solving a problem. If it weren’t for those two, I would’ve given you a one star rating on the staff. Parking very expensive and not clear this wasn’t included in the price. Deeply disappointed
