I made my booking through Expedia and paid for breakfast as well as valet parking to be included. However, the staff at the front desk was unhelpful and simply told me to contact Expedia, saying they didn’t know anything. They showed no willingness to assist me. I believe someone needs to take responsibility for this. I did not pay a significant amount of money to stay here only to be treated this way.

Disappointing Experience Service and Missinfortion

We chose this hotel specifically because of the advertised pool hours, which played a major role in our decision. Unfortunately, the reality did not match what was advertised. The pool hours were not accurately listed, and we were abruptly asked to leave before the time stated online. What made the experience worse was the way the pool staff treated us. One of the service staff was incredibly rude—she made us clean up our area, even though everything was already organized, and took our beverages without asking. To make matters worse, she was wearing a dirty glove and then asked if we still wanted more drinks, which felt both unprofessional and unsanitary. While the hotel itself was visually nice and well-maintained, the service and misleading information about the pool left a very disappointing impression. I hope the hotel can take this feedback seriously and ensure better training and accurate communication moving forward.

Very nice hotel, the property is has parking garage across from it for who wants to park their own car. We did valet, they were quick when we needed our vehicle. There are lots of areas to sit and rest thru out the hotel. A bar and restaurant and a Starbucks in hotel as well. Perfect stay, arena for our concert was next door, Walking distance. We loved that easy access.
