They charge extra for wifi. Really? WiFi? Room service took one hour and 10 minutes to arrive, they included service charge (tip for the server) and when I asked what the service charge was for the server gave me an attitude as if she was hoping I will tip on the final bill without seeing it first so she will get a double tip. She has an attitude. Also they charge another fee for “delivery” of the food for their kitchen to my room. Usually when you get a delivery charge is because people are driving some kind of motorized vehicle that requires either energy or gas so the cost has to be covered. But a push cart? Charging delivery? They also have to change the Starbucks employees in the lobby. We waited over one hour not to get our coffees. Over 20 cups of coffee were sitting there from people just walking away tired of waiting. When my daughter approached the employee and asked how long our drinks will take after 40 minutes waiting she replied: they are coming, you just need to wait. It was an awful experience overall.

Pros..our room was clean and the view was beautiful. Cons..didn't know until we arrived that parking was $60 a day at our own hotel. Expect to wait up to 15mins to get on any elevator to and from your room

I forgot to bring my power bank, universal charger, and phone cable when I checked out of my room at 7:40am this morning. When I realized and went back around noonish, they were already gone. Excellent option for a stay in downtown, lots of options for dining around the Westin. Convenient area to either walk to a lot of places around or the Marta is just a brisk walk down the street to get around Atlanta as well. I’d recommend it and would definitely stay again. Could use a remodel soon cause the room was lacking usb/charging options at bedside and the decor was giving late noughties but other than that everything else was fine.

The elevator situation is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced my entire life. The entire gimmick of the hotel is it’s height and they can’t even figure out how to efficiently getting people up and down. We had to walk down the emergency stairs to checkout after waiting 30 minutes on an elevator than only showed up 2 and full everytime. Disgraceful.
