We chose to stay at the Whitley for our Daughters 8th Birthday. She had a really good time, so that’s really all that matters in the end. However from me and my wife’s experience, the Hotel was overall just really overrated. Parking was $50 a night, which just seamed excessive for guests. We also had to pay $13/day for wifi, which also seemed excessive. Our room was small and our beds felt smaller than a queen size. The bathroom was also really small, which was inconvenient because we also had our 1 year old with us. The loveseat in the room also had a stain on it, we ignored it but it did seem uncanny for a high end hotel. I probably could’ve done more research before choosing a room, however I was mislead by the room being advertised as a “Deluxe 2 Queen” room. Overall we were just expecting a lot more, but the view was really cool. The service was also really personable.

If you’re looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel, this isn’t it. But it is a reasonable place to get good nights rest. Front desk staff are not adequately trained in customer service and a bit unprofessional. It’s really a shame because the hotel is in a great location and has so much potential
