When I arrived at 5:15pm my room wasn’t ready. I was told it would be around 5 minutes, which turned into 30 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. I was given the option of another room but had a terrible view and 2nd floor not to mention noise from traffic outside. After an hour in the gym I had to call again to see if my room was ready which its was and I was told they would be bringing a key right up. At least another 15 minutes passed until they arrive with the key. No help with luggage, just I’m sorry for the inconvenience and we will give u a 100.00 credit. I’ve been staying here on all my business trips as well as other cities. I would have thought a manger would at least spoken to me. Very disappointed and will more than likely not stay at this location again
