Hot mess

The condition of the overall property was horrible. So bad that I left 2 days early. Someone stole the TV out of one of the rooms. Bugs and stains everywhere. The check-in was a mess. I had to wait in my vehicle for 45 min to check in.

Didn’t meet expectations

The hotel is dated and need of some basic maintenance and painting. Mattress was old and sagging in the middle. It did not feel clean. I was disappointed as I’ve experienced the brand in much better terms. It was quite the let down

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in so far . Really noisy people early in the morning, running around , kids yelling , dogs barking. Bunch of people gathering around outside smoking weed all days long . Hotel hallways smell and so is the room . Couch look dirty , bathroom dirty, towers and washcloth look dirty as well. I was told the gym wasn’t open by one of the staff . Don’t get fool by the picture online , it doesn’t match at all . I would rate it a 0 if I could .and overall the area felt really unsafe .

The seedy hotel in the dark.

The outside looks nice but you can definitely tell its a bit of a slum when tiu enter the building. I mean it wasn't terrible but it wasn't the greatest ever. Not even close. The room looked nice at first but it was humid and kinda of musty. The mattress was old. The pull out bed had a blood stain on it. Very seedy hotel if you ask me.

The front desk agent was kind and helpful but the property was not well maintained. There was a surprise $100 deposit. The linens seemed clean but the room was dirty, the pull out couch has stains and a large hole in the fabric. There were discarded items from previous guests including to vape devices and a winter glove. It was the end of July.

Worse hotel ever

The room was filthy, a roach almost fell on my head as I was entering the elevator. Hallways were disgusting. Couch in the room was disgusting and had all sorts of stains on, paint was chipped and missing.

Make Another Choice

The area was nice but the environment wasn’t. People were hanging all out like it was a neighborhood party, the garage was overflowing in the hallway, the carpet was dirty and smelled of smoke, kids were running all through the building and parking lot, and the furniture was very warn and smelled of smoke. I made sure to take pictures. They had the nerve to have a pull in spray going in the hallway to try and help. The only reason why I didn’t ask for another room is because it could’ve been worse and I was there two nights by myself.

Had a fire in the building and the firemen needed entry (30 days ago) so they busted the door down to our room, and evidence shows that (front desk clerk warned us beforehand). Ac doesnt work.
