This place is cutting any and corners possible. First be prepared to pay a 10 dollar fee for parking, while is uncommon it is not in the listing. There were no washcloths, hand towels or body wash in the bathroom. There were only 3 pillows per bed (weird because we expected 4). Very disappointed, I usually prefer Tru by Hilton due to their cleanliness and comfort. This one specific hotel did not meet expectations.

Check ahead about their coffee machine

There is no coffee maker, and the hot water machine in the lobby had been broken for a week and was broken while I was there. I walked across a busy street to Spark to get a cup from them. Wouldn’t you think as they’re both Hiltons they would problem solve and share the machines? I like the nice size room (though there’s no microwave, coffee maker or storage for clothes), the open airy lobby, and the indoor pool was great. But the coffee thing reflects something with management.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff member in the front was very nice. She was really knowledgeable about the business. However, I would not book a hotel through Expedia again. I booked a double bed queen room but was told that those rooms very already booked at the time I booked. I received a king bed room.

Nice property, maintenance issues

The room itself was clean and well-maintained. However there were a few issues. The shower door did not shut all the way, causing water to spray everywhere in our bathroom, making a huge mess. We ran out of soap/body wash the first night, and no one in housekeeping made an attempt to refill it. Breakfast was disappointing, as they had no butter, no coffee maker or hot water. The hotel offered a decent looking pool, but the ventilation in the room was odd. It prompted my entire family to wheeze and cough within five minutes of being in there, and the pool itself was really murky. There was a station to offer towels to dry off, but it only ever had one or two towels on it, at the most. Lastly, they require a $100 deposit upon check-in in, but they charged my card twice, holding $200 instead of $100. Neither hold has been removed yet. Overall, our stay was convenient and decent, but nowhere bear 5 stars

Everything was fine at the facility. Although it was no coffee in the morning and they tried to charge me $10 for parking even though Expedia said my total bill and they totaled it but at the site they wanted to charge me 10 dollars. So anyways no coffee and I did not want to pay for parking.

It was a nice place that had fun games for the kids to play. My only issue with it was that there was no coffee at breakfast they said the coffee machine was broken. Staff was pleasant and comfortable beds!

The place was so clean comfortable and the front desk staff were all very nice. I definitely will stay here again it's a great location near everything and it was pretty affordable to be as close as it is to the braves stadium

I've stayed in super 8 better than this. No coffee in room or lobby. Very noisy ventilation all night. Black-out blinds didn't work. Breakfast was substandard. Staff uncaring. We were told if we didn't like it have Expedia refund our money.
