Customer service at the desk was great. Room was very clean, looked newly renovated. Nice and quiet surroundings. Traffic to get to downtown Atlanta was terrible but that's not the property fault. Great stay!

First room was dirty with questionable fluids on the lamp and crust particles falling out of the blinds. We went downstairs and staff didn’t seen surprised or sympathetic to the matter. He gave us a new room and we immediately could smell a difference in the rooms. So their sanitation standards may be questionable.

Brandon, a front desk worker, was much more concerned with his phone conversation than he was with maintaining the breakfast space. My room was never cleaned and I was there 3 nights. Housekeeping came in and tossed the comforter over my piled up pillows and left……AND I was first placed in a room that smelled strongly of mildew, with a king bed, which I requested, but once moved, only queens were available.
My bed AFTER housekeeping “serviced” my room.
