we showed up in the middle of the night and the staff allowed me to view the room instead of just putting me in a room. clean rooms. the other residents are a tad loud but its no different than living in an apartment. It's super close to everything. And for the price I am super happy. will definitely stay here again if need be.

Very modest, passable if you just want to sleep
My key card stopped working multiple times. I had to keep going to get it replaced/remagnetized. I never got anyone to change my linens either. I think the guy next door to me lives there bc he leaves food out for the stray cats. There's also a few run down cars parked in the back. It's a cheap place tho and quiet so if you just need a place to sleep for the night you'll be alright. There are a bunch of hotels clustered in this area so it was hard to find at first because its tucked behind the Circle K and across from the Budgetel which is more visible from the Windy Hill intersection. Staff was friendly and there is lots of walkable food options in area, ballpark is fairly close too.

They had bed bugs got bitten up. Had to get another hotel room somewhere else at 1am. But the lobby lady was nice and gave me a full refund.

Expect very little!!!
The check-in was horrible. I had to wait over an hour after the schedule check in time before a room was available. Multiple things inside of the room did not work. Dead bugs were found in the room in multiple spots. The room did not have an alarm clock. Just don't expect much because of the price. If you just need somewhere to lay your head for a cheap price, then you can make this work.

Personally my room was a 3 out 5 and the staff were nice But the property is a 1 star all day. Unsafe, building falling apart, cops showed up multiple times, people yelling and playing music all night, and I was approached by several men outside my car and room (female traveling alone). There are multiple people living full time at this hotel and they are consistently smoking cigarettes and weed right outside on the balcony that you have to walk pass to get to your room which made my non smoking room smell horrible. The parking lot was full of people that were looking into car windows and pulling door handles. Pay $20 more and go somewhere else.
