Breakfast was not available at the hours specified. When provided it was ice cold. Bathroom shower was dirty and there was no bathroom fan. Ceiling vent was filthy. Entire property in truly needs repairs, cleaning and updating. There was areas of mold and peeling paint. Sheets and comforter were torn and stained

The bed was very very comfortable! Needs bigger or more pillows! Sofa was in rough shape peeling! Dresser missing handle. Bathroom door had a patch where it looks like someone put their fist through it! Breakfast needs some help. Waffle tasted weird, not a whole lot to choose from.

wouldn’t stay here unless smoke smell is ok

The hotel and rooms smell of marijuana and cigarettes. My door wouldn’t close without slamming it and the bathtub faucet shot off while I was in the shower, soaring everywhere and leaving me with no easy way to finish my shower. We ended up checking out early.

Other than toilet not flushing properly it was ok. I asked for a shower chair and was told I didn’t book an accessible room, and they cost more… once I mentioned ADA a chair suddenly appeared at my door.

Upon arrival, at 4 pm (check-in was at 3 pm), we were told there were no clean rooms available and that we would need to “wait 10 minutes”. There was no call given to myself or other guests who arrived close to when we did, to make us aware of the issue. We did not get into a room until 4:45, making us rush for our event. Only one elevator was working, our door keys gave us issues, and breakfast was subpar, with raw eggs and a waffle iron that didn’t cook your waffle thoroughly, and our room was rush cleaned as the fridge still contained the previous guests food in the fridge and floors that were grimy and dirty.

We observed several sketchy and transient type people around the hotel. The door on the side of the hotel was supposed to automatically lock but was found open several times. The hotel was fine for a one night stay during our travels to our final destination
