Room was recently remodeled, however, there was water damage on the ceiling above the head of the bed (moldy and cracking) and shower. Grout was moldy in the bathroom as well. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly.

Lady at the front desk knew I was there for a reservation when I gave her my id. When afterwards I thought she was checking me in for a room. The room was for the Braves game. Wanted to get drunk after Lent..NORCROS ALL DAY EVERY DAY!

State of neglect

No hot water in the shower. Broken drain plugs. Mold in the shower. Malfunctioning AC unit did not cut off all night. Thermostat set to 72 and woke up to 65 degrees in room. Ice maker on floor not working and sign directs guests to lobby for ice - lobby has no ice maker and desk attendant directs guests back upstairs for ice. Iron in room did not work. Quite disappointed since previous stay in 2024.

Property was okay and smelled nice at first. But you can tell they are trying to mask the smell of mold in the rooms with the perfume scent they have sprayed throughout the hotel. Other than that, it was a pretty straight forward stay. The breakfast was terrible, would suggest not relying on them for breakfast.
