Check-in was difficult because I booked it for my wife and they gave her trouble on check-in. Bed was nice, but breakfast wasn’t worth eating, had to go elsewhere for food. Rooms are quite worn down.

I stayed four nights and had my room cleaned once by request. I slept in the same sheets, used the same two towels, took my trash out daily, and made my own bed daily. That's unacceptable when you're charged for room servjce. When I inquired at the desk about a partial refund, I was asked by the same man that I told directly, my room hasn't been cleaned, "oh, they didn't clean it?" No, my room was cleaned one time by request, which shouldn't need to be requested. I don't recommend staying there as the room was dirty and bugs were also seen in the space.

Good Hotel
Hotel is good, attendant was not too friendly but not rude or anything. Room was good, spacious, bathroom needed a little more cleaning, there was hair in the sink and bathtub from previous clients. But overall, it was a good place to stay.

I checked into the hotel on a Thursday, and the front desk associate informed me that I didn’t need to pay the $75 incidental fee, but they did require my card on file for “security purposes.” I asked for clarification, in case of accidental charges, but they simply handed me my room key without further explanation. Since the pandemic, I’ve made it a habit to bring my own Lysol and Clorox wipes to sanitize my room, and I was glad I did here. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed there was no telephone available—a standard feature I expected. In the bathroom, I found significant issues: the door was dry-rotted, and there were traces of past mold growth. Additionally, the heating and air conditioning unit was very noisy, emitting a constant whistling sound on settings other than low. After taking a shower that night, I discovered the tub faucet wouldn’t stop dripping, despite turning it off completely. The following morning, I spoke with the front desk manager, who assured me that maintenance would be notified and documented the issue. I left for my conference, but when I returned later in the day, the dripping had not been fixed. I went back to the front desk, spoke to a new associate, and explained the unresolved problem. They assured me that maintenance would attend to it, yet no one ever showed up. This hotel is more of a 1 star hotel then a 3 star hotel.

There were several items/things wrong with the room the toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower did not easily turn on and off, not all of the lights in the room worked. The iron did not hold water to prepare my clothing for the next day and the iron board looked damaged. Overall it looked and smelled like an old hotel with a few new features such as the TV and bed.

A dirty place, the bathroom and the room are damp. At 11 in the morning a lady comes into the room shouting that if we don't leave they are going to charge us another day. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The stay is what you paid for is you’re just looking for a cheap place to stay. The bed was comfortable but the room was questionable. It was not the most clean and the shower was kinda broken, water pressure was low too; took about 5 mins to turn it on or off. The staff was nice though.

This may have been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the start, the lobby and entire hotel reeked of marijuana and incense,so much so that it seeped into rooms and elevators. There ended up not being any hot tub or pool as advertised, about 10 minutes into taking a bath- the maintenance guy pounded on our door and walked in on me naked to tell us about our bathtub leaking into downstairs so we couldn't shower until after he fixed in the morning. We also had a broken toilet that he had to follow us back to our room to fix originally. We were followed upstairs by what I assume is another guest who had what appeared to be cough syrup and sprite into the elevator and then knocked on multiple doors. Overall the room had not been cleaned, hair all over the bathroom, blood spot on towels, pillow had a booger on it. The air conditioner also did not work for our king suite room. We did ask for a room change and were not able to. Terrible service and attitude from manager on duty. Cops also showed up during our arrival for who knows what.
