From the front desk to the valet easily the most amazing staff of any hotel I've stayed in for quite some time. Expedia had a glitch in the listing, the power went out for hours one night and through it all the staff navigated every issue with smooth agility. I'll definitely be back!
Loved this and will be back again although i did book a balcony room arrived early at 3 and it was not ready but my friends was , no big deal but when we arrived back at 5 it was not ready yet . I opted for a king of the same floor as my friend but it was the same price with no real applogy . A price decrease was requested and they said they couldnt do that . That felt unhelpful and not great customer service but overall we enjoyed our stay
Overall, great stay. I enjoyed the room and I loved the convenience of the location for walking. Downsides were that there's basically no good drop off flow and it was hard for uber drivers and friends to pick up or drop off. Not that big a deal, but it was enough to mention. Other than that, the floor was not clean. My socks were very dirty just walking around the room.It seems like whatever they are mopping with is not rinsed - maybe it's the cleaner because the floor was a bit tacky underfoot. The rooms could do witha steam or vacuum mop, regularly. Everything else was very clean. Hoping this is helpful, as the floor was a pretty notable downside in a hotel that is just shy of being worth the cost because of that.
Didn’t get in. I checked to pay at property but apparently they ran my card when I booked the room, and it was denied. I was not notified by Expedia or the hotel, so we had to make other arrangements that lead us to not being able to stay in Atlanta after an event. 👎
First breakfast was supposed to be free, then they said up to $25, I check first for parking which it said it had then get here and it’s $50 a night. I’m sorry but house keeping and restaurant workers spoke little English. I ask for grape jelly and got a strawberry drink. I said I was allergic to strawberries.
I won’t be back!
Anthony provided a great experience and accommodating. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. There’s an onsite restaurant and bar. Walking distance to the beltline and restaurants. Highly recommended.
