The property was a lovely place to stay for an ATL get away. The walls can be a little thin sometimes but outside of that the staff was lovely, easy to find, and very clean. I would stay there again.

There were a series of disappointing misses during our stay. For example, there were not luggage racks in our room, so nowhere to put our suitcases. We called to the front desk to ask for them - it rang and rang with no answer, twice. We walked down in person - they told us to look again. We did. We asked the next morning, and when we returned later they had provided just one of the two luggage racks we needed. Not a deal breaker, but there were enough misses like this that it made a difference: the window in our room was broken open, the soap scum and mold in the shower, the faulty ice machines, the empty toiletries... It's a beautiful place, but the experience didn't live up to the look or the price.

The hotel is lovely. The hotel staff was lacking. Waiting at least 30 minutes for the waiter in the restaurant to come out. Another day, we were given cold toast and it took another 10 minutes for the waiter to bring butter. No "freshen up" on day 2. No towels, no emptying of garbage, no coffee pods or creamer for coffee maker. In the lobby, no cookies put out, no water in the water cooler.

Property and stay was just ok. Bed wasn’t fully made, just top sheet placed over a mattress cover and random pillow covers left on comforter. There were numerous pieces of hair in the bed, bathroom floor and shower, phone didn’t work so had to walk downstairs any assistance, QR code for hotel info didn’t work and you needed a physical card (not digital key) to get water or ice. Walls were super thin and floors sounded hollow. Valet only. Hotel seemed understaffed and the only amenity was a small restaurant with very limited offerings. Staff member in the AM didn’t know how to make a latte. Only pro was location

Nice little hotel
we had a great stay. I would say the ice machines are a little bit hard to get ice out of and in my opinion the downstairs restaurant could have a better menu with more food options. We will definitely be back. Thank you
