Poorly trained staff. After two days of my stay they couldn’t fix Luke warm water. It’s not hot. Maintenance guy came and said he will fix it. Never did. I was very nice and talked to 5 different propel. No fix. Even assisted the key manager to better train staff. Bad problem solving skills, while denying problems m exists . They are not bad and understand they are scripted answers.

It was not satisfacturing to me I had a non-smoking room but everybody on the floor was smoking so I didn't agree with that and the customer service sometime was okay depending on who it was at the front desk one of the guys was unruly like just was in the bad area
