This is a motel and hotel. I wasn’t aware there is a part that has exterior rooms like a motel. Our room was not as featured in photos and noise outside kept us up at night.

Good stay
The check-in process took a little bit, as room was already taken. A little scary if I had walked in on somebody. It was corrected quickly. The room was updated and clean. My only remark about our room was it being separated from the building. On pretty days, that's not a problem, but there was a cold snap, so cold walking to building to eat, then walk back. Not the end of the world though.

The staff were pretty friendly. The design inside was nice and beds were comfortable. Everything worked. But, place was dusty and there was nowhere to get free drinking water except during breakfast hours. This was the biggest minus. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

Front desk personnel did not greet me. Was on his phone and didn't pay any attention to anyone coming in. My daughter went down to get something from the store and he was in the phone and told the person "hold on I have have someone in front of me." He wouldn't give her change said she would have to just get more stuff that would add up to $5. REALLY!

This was another one of those old delapidated hotels that Wyndham slaps their name on, shave some laminate flooring, new sinks and thinks we’re going to say wow. Floor so uneven my sock kept catching on it, popcorn ceiling with water damage and chipping/falling off, poor AC unit for the size and to top it off no cold water. All the faucets just dispensed hot water. I guess you get what you pay for.
