There were holes in the bed sheets not to mention the sheets and the comforter were stained. We asked for a new comforter and just got 2 thin brown blankets. Having to pay and absurd amount for a wheelchair is ridiculous. Your valet got all mad because I didn’t have a free hand to tip them. Instead of waiting a second for me to put stuff down, she stormed off and screamed “that’s another one that didn’t tip”.

I was in one of the updated rooms. It was nice and cozy. I thought the beds would be two king size but they weren't. The indoor pool was only for adults which was a surprise as I had been there before with children. It's a bit of a walk from the amusement park and indoor water park so beware if you're thinking of going there with the kids. I really like that it was ramp and stroller friendly. Housekeeping could not give me a time on the arrival of extra blankets and pillows. They ended up not coming at all after waiting for over an hour. When I finally got a hold of staff on the floor the next day , he said he could only give me one pillow because of "stock issues" I don't know if I will stay there again but it was okay for the time I was there.

We always love staying at Bally's. The room was clean and comfortable. Our view was amazing. The front desk person was very friendly. We even received a voucher to present to any other casino for free parking. We got a great rate compared to other hotels on the boardwalk. We had a great stay. We will definitely book there for our next trip.
