We arrived and were given the incorrect room. I had booked a room from hotels.com for a 2 bed room. We were given a room with 1 bed. We were told there were no other rooms available with 2 beds. Then we were told there was a suite with 2 beds but we'd have to pay a significantly higher price which I was not ok with. Eventually we were given the room with no extra charge. The water in the room was brown until we ran it a while to make it more clear.

I had hoped for more from Ballys, I used to stay many years ago and had always had a good experience, unfortunately the room seemed to be stuck in time, filthy, carpet was stained and dirty, room was dated in desperate need of an upgrade surface in the bathroom was sticky as if no room service has cleaned in between visitors, I called the front desk on several occasions and eventually went down to complain, I was told they would send staff to remedy the situation, here I am back at hand me, still waiting. I wouldn’t go back. EVER!!!

I had a 4 day, 3 night stay plan. Late evening 2nd day no housekeeping seen. I called for clean towels. 30 minutes on hold and another 20 minutes for them to arrive. Late afternoon of the 3rd day I had yet to receive any housekeeping services. Small garbage pails full. We stacked used towels in bathroom and little toilet paper left. I checked out early and did not stay for 3rd night. When I contacted front desk to inform I was leaving and why, the staff was not interested only said they’d make note I left and hung up.

Nice rooms, but facilities need upgrades

We had a very comfortable stay in our room but other facilities could use updates. The pool was really run down and the hot tubs were not functional. The hotel hallways all smelled like cigarettes. I was also disappointed that the gym didn’t open until 10 am. However, it’s right on the boardwalk and it’s a very nice room for the price.

Prices are rarely good in Atlantic city this was no different. The check-in wait wasn't good. The staff was nice and attentive. The hotel and casino are nice. The room was very good. Two minor issues were the temp seemed off quite a bit from the rooms feel but the HVAC was working. The shower handles were both loose. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Parking fees annoying.

The water was rusty and brown water coming out the sink. Bed bug in bed and light fixture. It was gloomy. It was nothing like advertised pictures. They need to rebuild the Dennis tower. It was awful . we didn’t stay we left.

You never said that the pool is only for adults, I arrived at the hotel and saw the sign, that is insane that you never notify it at the reservation time or web page. They never clean my room during my stay, I called several times to ask for clean towels and pick up the garbage and nobody show up.
