We originally reserved a room for two nights 11/29/24 and 12/1/24 (Friday and Saturday) at the Best Western hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. Upon our late evening arrival, we found the room uncomfortably cold, and the thermostat was not working. We contacted the front desk, and the staff instructed us to adjust the heater unit blower in the room, but that also failed to work. When we informed the front desk again, a staff member personally came to the room and attempted to fix the issue. Despite spending 20 minutes trying to repair the heater, it stopped working again shortly after he left. We requested to be moved to another room, but the staff refused. We then asked

It was by far the worst Best Western in our life, breakfast time was obnoxious till 9:00 am whereas eggs finished at 8:30 Surprise parking charge of 25 dollars, bathroom was overly congested, we didn’t understand how Best Western choose them to use their name, pathetic experience!

R et G L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien proche des Outlets et le boardwalks, l’hôtel était propre stationnement payant toutefois, ce n’est pas mentionné lors de la réservation, le petit déjeuner était correct.

The guy the checked me in was nice but, when I got upstairs horrible. The halls smelled of smoke the room was dirty. The bathroom disgusting the shower curtain stained and dirty tub had hair in it. The pillows also had hair one them. I stayed here once before last year and for the area it was a pleasant stay so I came back but never again. I almost slept in my car…. So disappointed two thumbs down 👎👎

It was a good place to stay! Beds are comfortable. It was clean. Some of the tiles in the bathroom look like they needed replacing. It served it's purpose. A plus too is that you get breakfast.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
The beds were hard. The tub didn’t drain. The parking is small and $25 a day… for a best western. The breakfast was actually great though. Looked forward to that both mornings.

I stayed at the best western hotel October 8, 2024 and I must say it was great. Was a little worry about the location being off the boardwalk because Atlantic city has fallen off but this hotel was clean the room was cozy and they serve breakfast which wasn't bad

Good for a few days stay
Close enough to walk to the boardwalk. Clean room friendly people. You do have to ask for more towels/wash cloths if you have more than 2 people in your room.
