Booked my room over 9 weeks in advance. Tried to use the app to check in as they requested but it didn’t work - showed that the room was still being prepared until after our show was over at 10:30pm. When I finally got to the desk to check in, the clerk told me they didn’t have my king room and I had to take a queen room for the same price. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, just looked at me like I should take it or leave. I expected so much more from this hotel. Disappointed by their lack of proper and attitude. Won’t be coming back to a place that won’t honor a paid reservation that was made well in advance.
