One outlet was broken attached to the bedside light. And not many outlet was on the wall so it was not convenient to charge the all phones and more stuff we needed to use at the same time. And wish outdoor and indoor pool opens till 9-10pm.

Digital check-in was super easy. I highly suggest you do that because to park in the garage and then use your remote key on your phone is about a 4 minute walk. To park in the garage, haul all your stuff to the lobby, check in and then haul back to where the rooms are... Can be a bit much. We paid for a day bed for the adult pool and it was well worth it but by noon there was so much garbage on the floor in the pool that we didn't want to go in the water. This was on a Wednesday and it was fairly quiet so it's not like there was a big rager going on. Room service is slow. Most of the dining options are a little stale. But the rooms are clean and will appointed And unless you want to run around on the boardwalk it's quiet inconvenient to stay over in the marina area where Borgata is

The room was great. The property is large and felt like a hotel in Vegas especially at the outdoor pool. Old Homestead Steakhouse was not good and very overpriced so probably better to eat somewhere else. I would visit again.

This trip was quite disappointing. My room and bathroom floor was still dirty. Food was alright. Homestead was great as usual. Angeline's was okay. Presentation was plain with both establishments, and surprisingly the pasta was sad. The pool was very nice, but again, they do not clean the floors enough. I went to the MGM Tower pool, and disgustingly had ended up stepping on someone's fecal matter. I had only found out when I was leaving, because I almost slipped and saw it was on my shoe. The staff didn't know what to do, and neither did I. Cleanliness is 1/10. Service 5/10. Food 7.3/10.

We’ve been staying at Borgata for years. The rooms are clean, but wish they would update them and the whole casino as they are beginning to look a little worn at the edges, not bad but a bit tired. Since the property is away from the beach you don’t have the access to many outdoor activities like u do if u stay at hotels/casinos on boardwalk.
