When I got into my room the first thing I saw was a dead bug on the couch, which Google Lens identified as an oriental cockroach. I spent the next hour searching every inch of the room for more bugs, luckily didn't find any. While the bed and bathroom were clean, the couch and chair were stained and gross, I kept all my stuff on the table and in the closet. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of variety. The furniture in the dining room was all old and stained too. People were screaming in the streets during the night and the area didn't feel very staff. Staff was friendly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Clarion Inn Atlantic City. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations due to extremely poor room conditions and lack of proper maintenance. During my stay, I encountered multiple roaches in my room — I personally killed five of them and brought them to the front desk to show your representative Dave this was both unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel stay. The situation made me very uncomfortable; I didn’t feel safe showering, eating, or even opening my luggage in the room due to the infestation.

Hotel was in a convenient location, only 8 min walk to Boardwalk Hall, right next to Tropicana Casino. The parking was very limited and only $10 compared to $25 at other hotels I saw. Breakfast was okay just limited menu. Waffles were good. Only bad thing was the first room 311 smelled really bad of mildew, they were nice about moving the room, the next room wasn’t a mildew smell but had a little smell to it. Otherwise the rooms was pretty clean. It was good for one night.

This hotel is nice the front desk was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The rooms are a bit outdated but other than that a very nice stay. Very good option if you have an event to see at he Tropicana Hotel and Casino it is a very walkable distance to the Tropicana.
