Very unpleasant.

My sheets had burn marks in them and I requested a non-smoking room. There were disgusting stains of I don’t even know what on the walls. The room next-door to me was obnoxiously, loud playing music, yelling, and arguing all night. I went down to the front desk to ask for a room change where they told me there were no rooms available yet when I called the front desk on a separate number there was availability. After complaining about all of the noise, the front desk told me that they would call up the noisy room and tell them to lower the music and keep their volume down, but it continued the entire night I got absolutely no sleep and was uncomfortable the entire night

This hotel is close enough to the casinos and it was nice that it had a pool. It was relatively clean. We stayed in a smoking room but the windows don’t open. It would be nice if they could fix that. The bathroom door didn’t close properly but it was fine.

We left a day early because the property was so dirty and they wouldn't give us clean sheets or towels the room did not look clean at all when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves we asked for clean sheets and towels they would not give us any so we checked out
