Lights in the parking area were very bright, so I felt safe at night. My bed was Excellent and Very Comfortable . The shower had great water pressure. Room was clean and relatively quiet. Frig, tv, hair dryer, microwave, and iron, and a surprise jacuzzi were part of my amenities. Heat worked quickly and effectively. I would return to this comfortable room in the future when I come back to Atlantic City for another concert. My one recommendation to the management: your coffee could be tastier and stronger. That makes a difference to coffee drinkers. I’ll still come back. I was pleased with your efforts! Thank you!

Good Stay for a Night at the Casinos

The room and bathroom were clean. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The front desk clerk was friendly. The breakfast was basic, but good to start the day off. The coffee was strong and hot: I appreciated it wasn’t watered down like some place that offer complimentary breakfast. The ice machine needs a deep cleaning on the outer layer. I was scare to get some ice. The WiFi was good. There are several stores within walking distance to get snacks, food, toiletries etc.. Very easy to get to downtown Atlantic City near the boardwalk. I would stay overnight again.

Terrible service

The rooms are dirty and needs maintenance. The light switch is hanging off the wall. Dirt on the bathroom floor. The front desk agent is impolite. Out of all the hotels on this road, this is one I will not be staying at.

Our stay was very relaxing. The manager was very kind and the room was super clean. We had the honeymoon suite and the jetted tub was very nice! Place was packed but very quiet and safe. Thank You!

Parking area was fine. It was quiet. Shower curtain was torn and had holes (7 counted). Curtain rod (curved rod), was only holding by 2 screws, causing the rod to hang down in the middle and the curtain to slide to the center allowing water to spray on the floor. I have no idea how this happens, but bathroom exhaust fan drew in a foul odor the longer it ran. Restroom toilet in breakfast area didn't fill after flushing. Notified desk of issues, said that would fix but didn't seem too worried about them. Room was clean and blackout curtains on windows made sleeping in very nice. It was quite outside. Overall our stay was ok but it was the details that were lacking.

The person who checked was not there. The person who checked me in chargef my credit card for $100 deposit when I had already paid for the room. The deposit is usually $50 dollars. The sink was totally stopped up and the wheel was broken off the chair so we could not sit in it
