Beautiful, clean , quiet and a great value

It was lovely… beautiful hotel… room was very quiet .. great marina view… only critique was that we needed outlets on both sides of the bed and there was an outlet in only one side . The Chart House restaurant was great… the Prix Fixe dinner was delicious and plentiful… overlooking the Marina… Definitely coming back !!

So beautiful would love to stay every time I come out here the room is spacious and clean. The view of the pool area in the city was wonderful and it was cheaper because I booked during the weekday. Definitely recommend to everyone.

They charge you an early check in fee if you come before check in to use the pool and amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. The guy at the front desk was unwelcoming. Not necessarily rude but definitely not friendly at all. The pool area has nice views of the marina but they needed to have people come around and clean up because there were used towels and empty cups and beer cans everywhere. The room was clean but the refrigerator had a bad smell and was leaking water and wouldn’t get cold. Housekeeping came and changed the filter. Overall the stay was good. Expedia needs to start including the resort fees in their pricing because when you get to the hotel, there’s always additional resort fees.

Dirty, smells like an ash tray, moldy smell everywhere, stayed two nights and no changes sheets and cleaning. Had to request new towels. Don’t stay here and expect decent service or amenities or cleanliness. Bath room is too dark due to no lights near the shower. Poor designed rooms with cold air blowing on you bed.

Good room, tub and shower no hand rails... not safe! TV remote did not work... needed new batteries... told staff day 1, TV remote still not working... used side buttons to work TV.... hotel security took over 30 minutes to respond to a shouting argument in the EV charging area tjat has only one standard level 2 charger...This hotel should have 3 or more standard 220v level 2 chargers!
