They gave us a room that doesn't have an AC. We got to the hotel late at night and all the kids fell asleep right away. When we decided to turn the AC on. It wouldn't turn on. Went to the front desk first thing in the morning and We had to wait 'til 9am for the person to try to fix it first before they switch us to another room. Horrible experience. The cleaning lady doesn't even knock before coming in they just walk in knowing its almost check out time. The pool is way too small. If you want to stay in this property, make sure to get the top floor coz you will hear every footstep the person, upstairs, make. I would never stay at this property again. Goodluck with this hotel if you decided to stay.

Disappointed Stay – Lack of Transparency and Poor Customer Service We were really looking forward to our stay, especially because the hotel advertised a pool—which was a major reason we chose this property. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found out the pool was out of service. At no point before check-in were we informed about this, which felt very misleading. When we asked about a refund due to the pool being unavailable, the staff flat-out refused. There was no apology or effort to make things right. It was extremely frustrating and left a bad impression. If amenities like a pool are important to your stay, I’d recommend confirming directly with the hotel before booking—or better yet, choosing a place that values honest communication and customer satisfaction.

Everything was great, except that there was no hot water to take a shower. I understand that it was Easter weekend and the hotel was sold out. But hotels should hope and prepare for such things, especially a hotel in the Atlantic City area. Besides that, I would stay again and give the location another shot on a non-holiday weekend. The staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and was well designed. I would definitely want another king size bed. The lounge chair was extremely comfortable. It was also very convenient that the hotel was dog friendly and it was nice to see other dog owners.

Stayed one night, nice hotel but breakfast area was not kept clean, didn’t see anyone coming to clean the tables and floor was very sticky. We also had an issue with shower as the water turned cold and it took a while to get hot again in the middle of taking a shower.

The room looked like a cheap trucker motel room that was poorly renovated to charge people $244 a night for. It was an overall dirt feeling.

At first the check in was great until we got to the room and had to change because the window blinds would not go down leaving the window fully exposed . Upon checkout Brandon (front desk) could not explain why there was an additional charge and advised me it was because I went through a third party which I assume is Expedia and I would have to contact them. He was rude and before this I liked and booked many times with Hampton but this experience for me was not a pleasant one.
