Currently the hotel is under renovation and it does look like it The people are very friendly and are trying to be as accommodating as they can Upon checking in John informed us that there was an issue with our hotel room door and he will try to fix it and unfortunately because there are sold out he could not put us in a different room. As promised once we got back from dinner the door was fixed and he was very apologetic about it and handled that to the best of his ability which we very much appreciate

The hallway and room carpet was disgusting. Stained. Room was not clean. Didn’t want to take my shoes off. There was only one staff member that was checking people in and trying to take care of people and the hotel was fully booked. He tried but couldn’t handle the groups. Was not his fault. Hotel is in such poor condition, no way would I eat anything that came out of kitchen for breakfast. Really was disgracefu. I have never stayed in a hotel this bad.

The entrance was nice clean, and there were tons of parking spaces. There are 2 elevators, and the staff were professional. It was my first time having free breakfast, and it was good. My tween daughter loved it! The hallway rug could use some updating, but the room was clean, had good AC, clean bathroom. One thumbs down, no regular TV, not sure if we would have been able to add our Firestick or/and if that was even an option.
