Check in was a complete nightmare. No human interaction; almost an hour wait to use a kiosk. Our room was dated, not cleaned properly (candy wrappers found behind dressers), and we could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms we shared walls with. What a dump.

I booked at the hotel for the pool and when I go they tell me that there was nothing because it was reserved for a private party so I went to the hotel and enjoyed nothing. I also pay to leave later and they go early to tell me that already to leave the room.

The property itself was really difficult to navigate and there was a lack of guidance for this without repeatedly approaching staff. Room had a broken face plate, some type of smear on the walls, broken and/or rusty furniture. I feel like with the excessive costs associated with staying at a casino like this, the rooms should be of better quality.

You call hotel to let them know that we will arrive after 10 and they assure you that your room is ready. To get to hotel and find out that they gave your room away and downgraded your room for the same price. Gave me a $50 food credit 4 adults. Not going to eat much on that when 2 small milks are $9.00
