The horrible vacation

Room very old fashion. View was nice of the bay. windows were not clean and vision was cloudy. bed was too soft and pillows were small and way too soft. Shower floor was so slippery i almost fell. No mat in shower. When told they brought towels instead of mats. Also the room smelled of Marijuana from the connecting room .We told them in the reception and they said they cannot do anything. THis room was a non smoking and the whole floor was non smoking and they told us to move to another room instead of moving the people who smoked out not us.They transferred us to security and they were very rude on the phone. They say they can not do anything to them even though the room is non smoking.Also we had to pay $22.50 to go to the swiming pool me and my husband and in Hotel.com they did not specify this at all. even the parking is $10 and we are a gust at the hotel. We will never go back to the mess of a hotel ever

Got to my room at about 1015. Bed was not made and sheets were dirty. Back of toilet had not been cleaned. Called front desk and they said someone would be there. No one came to room until after 1am. I was extremely exhausted and could not rest in my room after trqveling 3 hours. The management said the only thing they could do to compensate me was to give me a $50 food and beverage. To top everything off, my easy pass was atolen from my car from valet. I was highly disappointed in my stay at Harrahs.

It was a nice property overall however some of the rooms and hallways needed updated. You pay a resort fee and still have to pay to get in the pool!!

When we got in the room there was literal dust everywhere. I dragged my finger across the desk because I could see the dust & there was dust on my finger. The pillows were all over the place this room was not cleaned. We complained to front desk to switch our room because he had an event to attend at 9:30 & got there around 8 when check in was at 4PM so the room should have been cleaned for us when we arrived. They said they were all booked even though on their website & on Expedia there were still rooms available. The refrigerator barely worked. The nightstand was sticky. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. They don’t deserve 1 star & I rarely give bad reviews to places. The representative was extremely nasty and kept speaking over me when expressing my concerns. I was disgusted & will NOT be booking here again.

Mid at best

Checking in process was the worst that I have ever experienced. 1 hr from the time we arrived until we received our room keys. After checking in, I see a roach crawling across the nightstand. I wad switched to another room. After the initial disaster, the trip was pleasant.

I did not like that I had to pay a hotel fee. That should be included in the price for the room. That was an unexpected expense.
