This is a property that's away from the other casino/resorts so don't expect to be able to freely walk from one to another. It does have a nice pool for the adults but you need to get there early to reserve a seat.

Reserved king waterfront room and prepaid but when we arrived to the facility they claimed rooms were first come first serve and downgraded us with no difference to cost due to no availability. I suspect they gave away our room without looking at our reservation. None the less the facility tried to gaslight both expedia and myself claiming our room was not prepaid or selected. They could not match expedia or myself's reservation information. Expedia has now launched a ticket investigation into the property. The staff was rude and dismissive the entire time. We were celebrating our anniversary and this put us off to a horrible start. We ended up leaving the first night and stayed at Showboat which was much better and cheaper! Crazy. I cannot stress enough STAY AWAY FROM HARRAHS! HORRIBLE TREATMENT, NON COOPERATIVE, AND OVERALL NASTY EXPERIENCE.

Long walk with luggage from parking garage to lobby. It took over 35 mins waiting in line to check in. Request for ADA room not available on check in was told I would have to wait another hour and then wait in the line again! Had to pay for parking on leaving but was not told that self parking was a charge. Resort fees,expensive dinning, no customer service. Would not stay again.
