I am staying 1 night at Haven Inn & Suites. This place is awful. I asked for non smoking yet the room has a faint smell of smoke. Probably was a smoking room & they just call it non smoking now. The door ways have filthy marks on it like people with dirty hands for years have touched them and they have not repainted or cleaned them. They are also chipped and you can see the chipped paint and metal from when the sheet rock was installed, many years ago. The furniture is old, which is OK, but it is scratched and filthy. The place needs new carpet and a good cleaning & paint. The bathroom has dirt on the molding close to the floor.Also the so called non smoking room has cigarette burn marks on the tub edge. I have used wet ones to wipe off everything I have to touch. I wish I could leave but I am stuck here overnight. I won't step on this floor with bare feet, I luckily, can spend the evening away from this room and only sleep here & leave in the am. The lady at the front desk acted like I was interrupting her day when I asked for more milk in the breakfast room. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.

Found hair on the sheet, TV didn't have sound. A/C worked great, good pressure in the shower. No frills but good low price.

I believe they are faking their reviews somehow. Many places around it have great reviews-- but the same people r running them..they arent nice places but reviews are so good.. but they r old ugly places with poor maintenance- all high review that sound fake. I think they are frauds

After booking I noticed no one is available after 11pm. I was driving from out of state and missed 1 nights stay due to traffic. I called to asked if staff would be on the premises and the person hung up on me. The next day when I checked in the room smelled horrible and there were dead bugs on the windowsill. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
