In the room, no coffee machine, tea and hair dryer?! Got charge extra $20+ when we checked in. The room is not clean, we still can see the rice on the chair from the last guest. No dish for the hand soap. For $100+ maybe okay, but definitely not worth over $200.

Rooms were clean and well appointed though not luxurious. Staff at check in was not friendly and welcoming. Before check out, called to ask for a room extension and the representative was very curt. The fact that we could not extend the room was expected, but there is a nice way to say no. Pool area was very nice. Choice of restaurants fabulous.
