When we checked in we opened the fridge and we saw two cockroaches. They changed our bedroom but we feel that it was a downgrade of what we originally paid for.

First time staying here and did not know what to expect, but it didn’t let me down. The Hotel room and bathroom were clean and Hotel itself was immaculate. Would recommend for costs, location, staff and cleanliness!

At check in, the reception desk staff was unfriendly. It seemed like they were doing us a favor. The entire hotel smelled like smoke, even our non-smoking room. Soneone in the hotel had a dog that pooped all over the floor by the dunkin donuts. Self parking was all automated, which is great but all the posted scanning upc's to leave the lot were covered with overgrown bushes making it hard to locate. If i went back to AC i would definitly choose another hotel.

For a older resort, the hotel and casino were clean, the staff was extremely friendly and polite, the rooms were comfortable all though my room didn’t have a view, it still did the job, definitely staying there again

Everybody were awesome from the front desk Amanda very helpful, professional and friendly.The Jimmy Buffett Restaurant was amazing having dinner with an awesome ocean view also the waiter was extremely polite l.Prices were very reasonable.Everything in this property was excellent.Will must definitely come back again.
