Worst hotel ever! Stay away! Woke up to ants in my bed. Staff didn’t care. It’s dirty. It’s dated. It’s unfriendly. It should be closed. The health inspectors should come and shut it down. This is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s so unclean you feel like you need to go to doctor’s after your stay. Stay away for your own good!

So upon checking in I was told that I needed to put a card in file for the security deposit which I had expected as the terms and conditions when you book here states there is a $100 deposit required; however the day after I checked out of the hotel room that I already paid for in full when I booked the room had a pending charge of $652.87 making it a total of about $1300 this hotel had charge me for two nights. When I had called originally to ask why they were charging me a second time I was told it was the security deposit which would not be charged do my account and that it would disappear from my account on 7/8/25. Upon checking my bank account today on 7/7/25 I saw that the hotel in fact charged me the extra $652.87 and when I called them and asked about it I was rudely hung up on. Called a second time and spoke with a women named heather which stated she was the manager and said that they never charged my account and that she could not do anything for me and directed me to call me bank. So not only did this hotel rob me of $650 without my consent as I confirmed there was no reason for this additional charge such as room damage they have cause my bills to bounce due to the unauthorized charge. Also upon checking in I had called to make a complaint of a dirty room as there was hair, toilet paper, and soap scum all over the bath tub to which I was told they were coming right up to check, fast forward to the following morning they still had not come.
