Cuando llegamos a la habitación la ropa de cama estaba lavada pero manchada de sangre y las fundas de almohadas tuve que quitarlas, en cuatro días que estuvimos ahí nunca nos limpiaron el cuarto, ni nos dieron toallas ni nada la basura tenía que botarla yo, la comida estaba horrible en fin, una experiencia no muy agradable para todo lo que cobran el servicio es pésimo.

This hotel is very outdated and it shows. The bed was extremely uncomfortable because the bed frame was very low and the mattress was very hard and you can feel the coils. The hallways have a strong smell of marijuana and the elevators are very slow. The only highlight is the staff who is very friendly and accommodating. Parking was very easy.

Hotel overall was nice. Large room with plenty of space. Hotel shows signs everywhere of being outdated and unattended or cared for. Day of checkout had to walk down 18 flights of stairs because i think only 2 of the 6 elevators were operating and each one was filled. Also had the buffet in the Eatery. Food was ok but didnt enjoy seeing a mouse come in and out of the benches while I was eating. Overall seemed like a nice place to come with family and younger children. Oh and no casino so you have to go next door.

Rooms were okay. Elevators were slightly outdated, meaning that floor signs didn't lit up. We have to look out the elevator doors to figure out what floor we were on. Dealing with customer service was a little difficult - it's took me 2 days to call to speak with someone regarding my reservation. Other then that - my over all stay was not bad.

The front desk, customer service was great. A few of the housekeeping staff were rude. The elevator are old and 2 were broke, me and my family along with a staff member almost got stuck. The bathroom in one room the water wouldn't go down in the shower, and another room the toilet kept getting stopped up. And the pillows on the bed didn't have pillow cases.

I haven’t been a guest in this hotel since the 90’s I had heard it was redone and read reviews and gave it a shot. In a child’s eye this would be an incredible place and maybe a great option for families or for children’s entertainment. I don’t recommend staying at the property at all. They don’t even provide blankets on the beds. It is very outdated, beds are ridiculous, rugs drapes and walls are so old and stained and damaged. There was an old tv attached to the wall and a newer one on the dresser. Why?

Parking garage is crumbling and the air garage app was not working from the QR codes. Elevators were terrible looking , dirty and only 2 of the 6 seemed to be working. The front desk staff were very nice, all staff were friendly. The room on the 14th floor had a beautiful view , room was clean , bed was comfortable , bathroom was clean but shower head was extremely low and toggle to shower wouldn’t stay engaged so only 1/2 pressure.

Room and stay was fine BUT parking payment system needs to be clearer. Every other casino in AC either has a pay ticket when you enter or on your way out. This deck just had a QR code sign saying to pay to park. Was not clear that it needs to be done as soon as you leave your car or you will get a $78 ticket.

The first room was so dark and gloomy. It looked like it was designed by Wednesday Addams I asked to be changed to another room and the room is crawling with roaches. We checked out immediately and Expedia I hope you refund my money immediately!!!
