This was the first and last time that I will ever stay at this hotel. The standards of cleanliness was ridiculous. From the stained carpets to the food and hair left on the floors in and outside of the rooms was crazy. The staff is the only reason it's receiving a 2-star review instead of 1-star.

Went during the week and had a truly bad experience. Waited over 30mins to find a luggage cart when there were several locked away in view and while a few employees did try and help it seemed they were very hesitant to let guests use them despite my foot being in an aircast. Waterpark not open during the week which we knew going in but nothing advertising literally all of their dining options also closed and finally absolutely no wifi in the balcony suite we stayed in, manager advised after coming up that they do not advertise enough wifi to work or stream or do anything, just that it is there and he is able to connect on his phone, my wife and I were not able to connect for more than 10-15 seconds at a time with newest model iphones… I can’t imagine the wifi gets better with a full hotel either. I know the rate is appealing but don’t waste the money, the hotel is run down as it is and boardwalk overrun with unhoused if it is even approaching nighttime. We left after 2 days of our 3 day trip to try and salvage a fun day or two somewhere else.

Aside from a big stain in the middle of the floor, the room seemed clean. The room and all the furniture were very tired looking though. Table and chairs had big sections of finish chipped off, half the light switches didn't do anything. Overall it had the feel of staying in a very old room that needs some serious work. I know they've done a lot in the last few years with the main floor. Arcade, waterpark, go karts, etc. The rooms though, they need help!

First off all paying a 25 dollar for parking fees per night is overated. I did not check on that before booking so i was stranted with a 50 $ for self parking while other hotels offers parking with stay. Hotel have plenty games but not casinos. Everything closes at midnight . I was bored . This is good for families with kids. The hallways needs work carpet stiched everywhere. So far one of my worse stay in AC. This place is understaffed too .

Stayed one night very noisy party on the floor loud music lots of people going in and out of their room . Hotel room outdated door didn’t close properly had to slam the door seem like someone had to break door to the room . I put a large heavy chair in front of the door to sleep to feel safe. I only went for convenience of water park which was small and very cold to be in doors.

This hotel felt like I went through a time capsule and stepped out in 1975, it was extremely outdated. I had to leave my ID with the bell boy in order for me to get a cart for my bags. I spent over $60 for breakfast for two at the restaurant in the hotel and it was horrible, it gave cafeteria vibes. Bad choice for an anniversary weekend for sure. We left our kids home to be surrounded by tons of kids going to the water park. Bad experience for sure.
