Definitely not a first choice, but it was available. Transient motel. Woman on second floor had mental health challenges and made low moaning and screaming noises through the night. Clerk/Owner is a thief. Insisted on a deposit for the electronic key. Said it would get returned when I returned the key. On checkout, went to the office to return key. No one there. Rang doorbell as sign directed. After ten minutes, no one there to take the key. Call motel phone number in attempt to get someone live. Ten minutes of unanswered calls. Came back later in the day around 5:30 pm to return key. Clerk/Owner says deposit forfeited because I didn't hand in the key; despite all attempts to remind him no one was available. Crooked. In the rooms, all furninshings were worn and unclear if they were clean. Half the electrical outlets didn't work.

Outside of the property was dirty; as well as the room. The rug on the floor in the room was filthy. The bathtub was not clean. Although we asked for a non smoking room our room reaped of cigarette smoke. There was no continental asked advertised. They did not have an iron. If we not extremely tired we would have left. Please DO NOT stay at this disgusting rat hole.

The room smelled like liquor. The outside looked like a tornado hit it and dumped a trash truck in the parking lot. There were people outside their rooms doing drugs. When we had already paid for the room in full they asked for a $20 cash deposit And made a copy of our driver license and credit card. The room was dirty And only one of the lamps worked. We didn't even stay due to the conditions. And checked out and they wouldn't give us our money back. The TV didn't work. You are better off sleeping in your car

Room was not very clean. Bathroom was dirty. Light bulbs were burnt out in main sleeping area. TV was extremely difficult to operate. Person at front desk didn't speak English very well, and was not very friendly. Don't think I would stay there again. You only get what you pay for!

The bathroom smelt like straight mold i instantly got a headache and felt nauseous. The carpet was sticky. There were stains all over the walls as if someone through something at the wall. The sheets were covered in yellow stains. By far the worst hotel ever and it should be closed because i just know its full of mold. You can smell it as soon as you walk in the room. I checked in and immediately checked out and found a different hotel qnd couldnt get refunded for the 3 days i paid for even though i didnt even stay there.

You can not add a day to your stay and not leave the hotel. If you add a day you have to check out at 11 am and return at 3 pm to use the extra day! I just wanted more time in my room until my flight was ready at 5pm and check out early. But since I had to check out at 11 am I could not come back at 3pm because I had to be at airport at 3pm. I lost $90 because I didnt know the rules were different for SuperLodge than Expedia rules and there is a NO REFUND RULE also. The Expedia representstive tried to reason with SuperLodge front dèsk but they yelled at the representative and said no refund even though I could not stay for a third day and checked out at 10am on Friday. If anyone could help me get my money back for Friday to Saturday that I paid for checkin Friday August 16th check out Saturday August 17th that I could not use I would be very happy I should get a refund since I was not able to stay Friday night to Saturday.

Door lock did not work $40 cash deposit for a smoky mildew room. Confetti in bed sheets, broke lamp shade, moldy bathroom. Rude staff wouldnt give me more sheets. I had to sleep in my car. The worse experience ever.
