Took 10 minutes for someone to come to check me in at 4:30 on a Friday. Room was cold with the heat set to highest setting. Toilet seat was wrapped with duct tape. Tried to use coffee maker and a roach popped out! Found another roach IN the fridge!

Area was extremely dirty. If I can put a 0, I would. It smelled like cigarettes and the cleanliness was horrible. The staff were of some help, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The entire room and hallway was smelling like cigarettes… my entire luggage and even the clean clothes has that smell… Very uncomfortable. Don’t mind people smoking but it should be a better way and more cleanliness to avoid this.

We had to change rooms 3 times due to the conditions. Then took us to a nicer room, that I feel they were holding for a better couple. Overall a very dirty establishment. I wanted to rate less than 1 star !

Bad service, worse conditions
Really bad job by the managers. A dew different people complained about the heat in the rooms- it was cold. I asked the Desk twice to fix it- they never did. there was a hole in the ceiling dripping water onto the floor near the bathroom. No ceiling tile there! Made for a cols sleeping night on NYE, Good thing we were not there but to sleep.

Everything is decent except the wifi reception is very poor. Parking is good, showers are good with good pressure and hot temperatures. Room set up is hit or miss. The room i recently had was set up with a desk but no office chair which was slightly frustrating because I had to do work but other than that the views are pretty.

The place is dirty smells like musk and smoke. No heat had to use electric heater the whole stay . WiFi is weak never available. They constantly lie to you about the WiFi the people that stays there are questionable
