roaches in all three rooms. switched rooms 3 times. woke up with a backache from mattress. pushy, alarmist clerks with limited english skills, wires dangling from all lighting fixtures in hallways, workmen playing loud music in the halls, shattered glass in parking lot, filthy carpeting, heat/air conditioning inoperable; marijuana reek in all rooms;

Disgusting Place!!
Disgusting place!!! The outside looks amazing. The inside isnt finished being renovated. There was roaches in our rooms. Dead and alive. We got switched to other rooms but the rooms were worse than the first. Ended up leaving the hotel and going else where at 4:30 in the morning. Was fully refunded. The front desk staff didn't even care!

How is this place even a Wyndam property??? This whole place was trash!! Garbage bag left in the hallway. Room door was falling apart and lock was unsafe and didnt close. Tiles missing, paint peeling off the walls. Mold in the icebucket. Booked for 2 nights left after the first night. This place looked like an unkept shelter for the homeless [unhoused]. Horrible. I'm demanding a refund! DON'T STAY HERE. 100 other hotels on the strip to choose.

Was booked into a room on the sixth floor. Cooling unit blew hot air. Three nights in a row the nighttime temperature was 76 degrees. I asked to be relocated to a room with a better cooling unit and they refused saying they had no rooms available. Parking lot was barely filled and there were few other guests.

Shabby, dirty room and lobby. Very difficult to communicate with front desk personnel due to barriers which force both parties to shout to be heard Worn out dirty carpet and furniture ISome roaches and other smaller insects. Nice looking tv, but the damaged screen made for difficult viewing. Refrigerator and microwave worked fine, but also had roaches. On a positive note, the beds were fairly comfortable and sheets clean and fresh. The bathroom appears to have been recently remodeled and was very clean with a really good shower.

Found this hotel on the app. Did not look bad from the photos. Upon checking in a female was in the lobby holding a tissue with something in it. I did not see or hear what she was talking about. In the meantime a man was there waiting on the cops because all of his stuff was missing from his room and it had been re rented. I finally got to check in and get room keys. As soon as i got into the elevator i thought i seen a bug. As walking down the hallway there were towels outside of a room. I looked down and there was about 6 roaches, i immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The manager on site said that he was sorry and I would be issued a refund. That was a lie. I am going to call the health department that place is inhumane. Ceiling tiles missing water stains in the hallway ceilings. A musty smell and roaches are infesting the whole building.

The customer service here matches the hotel. Terrible, run down, dirty and ugly!! Buttons are missing from the elevator, only one ice machine works, and the vending machines don't work at all. If you can spend the extra money to get a better hotel, please do it. We were being cheap, and we got exactly what we paid for. The only good thing about this hotel was the smell of weed coming from the next room, i smoke a lil zaza myself so it felt good knowing i wouldn't get in trouble if i wanted to smoke in here. It's been a week since i left and the flashbacks of this place give me nightmares. Overall 0/10 would never come here again.
