The couch in the room was old and filthy! It definitely should have been thrown out! The staff was very nice. They really need to upgrade the rooms as it is alot to do there. I wouldn't stay there again.

Check In/out Kiosks were super Easy to use! Saves you a Long walk down to the actual check in lobby! Loved the variety of restaurants and shopping inside the hotel. Close to outdoor shopping as well. Easy access to Boardwalk. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the view facing East, view of the ocean. Definitely will return.

Room bathroom was dirty had to clean it myself. Staff was rude. Was told to check in using kiosks then got to room with no key. Atleast make people 1st time stay there aware of the kiosks is check in but u still need to get in line at the front desk. Parking was ridiculous 25.00 but i did get 1 free pass. That area ouside of the casinos is very Sketchy. Need more police presents

Room was dirty when we got in. There was urine on the toilet seat and hair on the bed. We asked them to clean the room again, which they did, but that is completely unacceptable. They also charge you $20 for the parking garage even if you’re a guest. Will not stay again.

I was told as soon as I got there that the wing where I was supposed to stay at, was closed due to maintenance and that we would have to stay somewhere else and get a refund. I was not given any information prior to arrival. No email to let me know or message or even a call. I was told when I got there, I was offered a refund. It has been three months and I have yet to receive that refund either. I I have been given the runaround by both the hotel and Expedia not sure who service is worse
