Everything was great. Nice room, excellent location, friendly staff, fun activities.

Ya perdí la cuenta de las veces que me he hospedado ahí, la primera con mi mamá, el resto con mi esposo, cada vez tan única y bella como siempre. Siempre vuelvo a la temporada de chiles en nogada.

La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. El desayuno incluído es sencillo pero tienen buen sazón. El personal que atiende muy amable y servicial. La ubicación es excelente para visitar el centro histórico caminando. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero hay cajones en la calle (con parquímetro) y un estacionamiento justo en la esquina. Hay varios restaurantes y otros hoteles en esa misma cuadra, por lo que pudiera resultar molesto para los que tienen el sueño muy ligero. Nosotros dormimos bastante bien.

Clean. Has AC and heating so that was nice. Very pretty property.

Breakfast is included but might as well not be. There are only 3 options without protein so everything is extra, I ended up going somewhere else the last 2 days of my stay. They do charge for the parking and other places don’t. A representative from the Ayuntamiento was there and asked me very surprised if I was getting charged. The staff called the General Manager and he was loud and rude to the Government worker. So the Government worker raised his voice to. I said I was not complaining as it was none of my business. Finally when I checked out, I told the front desk I was going to leave. When upstairs for get my stuff came back to and had to wait for her because she had to check the room before I left and she was mad. So I waited for her, she came back and said everything was ok and in order. Finally it is advertised as a hotel with AC. Beware not all the rooms have AC, fortunately the weather was good enough for us not to need it. So make sure tour room is equipped with AC before you make your reservation.
