The staff was so sweet and nice everything was wonderful. And it smelled so good in the lobby I just love this hotel. It will be my number pick when i come to Auburn hands down.

Great Property Staff, we stayed here during an extended road trip. I was not planning to stop in this area but happy we ended up here. Food delivery is available and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This property had a major staff issue, particularly with house keeping. Upon arrival, our shower gel and shampoo were empty and there were 3 tissues in the dispenser. We requested replacements which were never delivered and although we requested cleaning each night, it only happened after a complaint to the manager. The lobby staff was nice, but the property was undergoing renovations and overall service was slow.

Great customer service. The receptionist Ava was wonderful to us and greeted us in such a positive mood. The hotel smelled great and looked beautiful on the inside. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We booked two rooms on the same reservation. They allowed on line check in for one room but not the other. The rooms were on different floors. The fridge did not work and neither did the coffee maker. I reported it twice and the person at the front desk did not apologize and just scribbled it down twice. We were told the Starbucks would open at 6. Came down at 7 and she said she wasn’t still up and running. Then she could not print out the receipt and disappeared for awhile to get paper. The food was good once it came. It was graduation day and it was hectic. Also the room wasn’t very clean. Stain on comforter and old coffee pod still stuck in the machine and stuff on the floor. Would not go back.
