The property was good, but I had to walk around and find someone to assist me with check in no one was at the front desk. She was in the laundry room. The room was ok, but the toilet backed up trouble. The cleaning lady had to bring a plunger to my room. I didn’t come to stay in a paid room to be a plumber.

Wonderful stay at Microtel

My stay was very nice except there was water under the bathroom tile in my room. When you step on the floor you could see water coming through the cracks. Other than that my room was very clean.

’m disappointed with my recent stay. I requested a late checkout due to my disabled mother not feeling well, but the staff denied the request, stating they needed to clean the room. However, as we were leaving, I noticed staff still cleaning other rooms — which made it clear that allowing us an extra hour wouldn’t have significantly impacted their schedule. What’s one room out of many? Given the circumstances, I expected a little more empathy and flexibility. Unfortunately, I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed.
